This is the only water store I will go to to fill my water jugs. The store is clean. I've always had great friendly service there. The only downside is their hours are hit or miss. Check their website or call before driving there to make sure they are open.4 stars only because their hours are meh.

I've been getting water here for a few years. Customer service has always been below average, but the water was good. The hours were reduced this summer to just 3 days a week. That makes it inconvenient to get water. Also, in the last couple of months, the water has been awful. The combination of limited store hours, poor customer service, and bad-tasting water, I do not recommend coming here. Once my prepaid store card is finished, I will absolutely be going someplace else for my water.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE EXISTENCE OF THIS STORE FRONT!!!! That being said, almost everything can use some sort of improvements I go here OFTEN! I can not wait until I get into my own place to be able to purchase a shower head filter! (Edit, i now have it & love!) I have my ceramic crock water dispenser that I've dragged around since I found it for a steal at some Ross-like store out in CA, I keep that in my room for easy access water at all times! I can't wait to purchase a larger one from here to put in the kitchen! I love that in the store has "sanitizing" cleaning stations to flip the jugs & rinse them out prior to filling up! Now the reason a couple stars have to be knocked off are for two bones I have to pick, first the hours are CRAZY limited it kills me!! My mom & I came to the conclusion that maybe it's just not enough steady business flow for them to be open longer hours & more days. But the sporadic hours of operation are super wild to me! Two, they never returned my call!! Not just any call, but they have a water vending outside in the back which is SUPER convenient with my working 8-5 M-F & the random times I need to go fill up some jugs! The issue is they have a number posted stating something along the lines of, if this machine has any issues please give us a call!" I went out to fill one night & the machine ate my whole dollar bill!! Which HURT! I almost always just use coins anyway, so seeing the dollars get eaten was rough, then no call back, tougher. (Edit, I know Lindy uses municipal water supply to filter, but it's starting to taste a tad.. regular tap water to me, I'm thinking about doing a blind test with the water that comes from the machine inside of Natural Grocers)

Always a pleasant and fast experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful every time I go in to get water. Great price for water as well. You also can't beat the honesty they display when reimbursing you when you have an issue with their vending machine. Great customer service and will continue to shop here!
