Please listen to the reviews and take your money elsewhere. On top of the hazardous environment the service is horrendous. There are construction tools, wood, and saw dust all exposed to the food. I submitted an online order, the restaurant was empty but i still waited more than 10 min for my order, which wasn't the issue. I got half way home and realized items were missing, I took an uber and the driver was gracious enough to turn around. Once home I realized my order was wrong, I immediately called because I was willing to order another uber to get my correct sandwich ( i don't eat pork). Cali the cashier told me NO, she said call back in the morning for a manager for a refund. I called the next day and the manager GAIL offered me a $5 gift card, these people are a joke. On top of the cashier was jittery and appeared tweaked out, please save your money and headache, at this point starving is better

i ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap on the app. You would think it’s common sense to warm the meat, but I gave them special instructions to do so just in case. How am i suppose to eat cold chicken? waste of $12 (i’m not being rude, i’ve worked at Subway for 3 years. i know how it goes).

I get that you can’t always expect a high quality sandwich from subway.But what I got for $17 was below subpar, every vegetable on the sandwich tasted old, and the turkey meat was warm even though I didn’t get it toasted.All in all, I’d say I’m a pretty disappointed sandwich consumer.?

The staff is very slow attending the drive thru window I was waiting almost 10 mins to get service and they had the nerve to be rude. They don't greet their customers I literally said hi how are you? The young man was very rude right after. I'll never go there

There can often be a long wait for the drive thru and it moves very slowly; I recommend going inside to grab your carry out as there is almost never a line.

The food was ok, the service was very friendly , but what surprised me about this place you get coupons in the mail which is great but 1151 Sw Gage Blvd and 5421 Sw 21st in Topeka do not accept the coupons I asked why when I visited the one on Gage Blvd I was told the coupons are a corporate thing whatever that means and they do not have it posted the young lady said management do not want it posted I will not be going back
No military discount what's that about Subway? Support our troops? So Sad do better Subway ?Parking: So much free parking not busy.

They don't do military discount for veterans. Which is weird because I used to work at a subway and they did military discounts for veterans. The drink station was dirty looks they they haven't cleaned it all day. And the cashier was rude when she told us they don't do military discounts and I told the subway I worked at did do military discounts. When she asked which one I worked at she was rude about it

I like Subway, I like the raspberry cookies but I also like the oatmeal cookies sometimes. My Grandmother brought me to subway so I was getting cookies to share with her and my sister. Therefore that’s 2 cookies each for each of us so I bought a total of 6 cookies. I grab my oatmeal cookie, I let my grandmother grab a cookie and I look and there is only 3 cookies left in the box before I even let my sister grab one, I go back inside and ask to get the other cookie I bought. The person that rang me up had pink hair half shaved head and piercing on her lip messed up teeth said “No I gave you 5 raspberry and 1 oatmeal” I said “No you inly gave me 4 raspberry and one oatmeal I have the oatmeal (I pointed at my cookie in my hand) and my grand mother grabbed one out of the box, I looked and theres only 3 left in the box” she said I was lying and that she knew what she put in the box. I asked her if she knew how to count because obviously she didn’t count out my cookies correctly because I only had 5 cookies. With her raising her voice at me and calling me a liar I asked her what her name was. She said “My name is stevie and you can tell whoever you want.” I’m pretty sure that’s what she said her name was I was upset so I left and I don’t know if I want to come back the name says served by: 5648 5/30/2023 1:47:29pm. All over a dang cookie that I didn’t receive.
