I went around 8pm on 4/1/24… ordered one sandwich and waited 20 minutes and no one came to ask for my money or anything I don’t even know if anyone was inside but the restaurant was definitely open. After 20 minutes of nothing I left. No customers inside I think the “worker” was not working…

I visited this location on today 3/24/24. I was waited by on Cori (Lev) and Trayvon Jackson( hope I spelled your name correctly). It took some time to get my order due to them being the the only two available. Through teamwork they tackled online, in-store and drive thru orders. Subway head quarters or whomever in charge needs to make the schedule better than what they do. Although they are handling things right now they are over worked. Hell they need a raise just from what I witnessed today.Great job you too. Thank you for freshly making my order.

I strongly recommend that cashiers start taking payment when the customer arrives at the window. I was doubtful that anyone was inside based on my wait at the window to see a human. I know I am not the only customer who has wondered if there is no one there.

To the customer that decided that a 4 minute wait in a drive thru was too much and claimed that she didn't know if somebody even knew she was there. If you need that much recognition after your order has been taken and almost fully prepared to give to you to come inside and raise an attitude turning to bullying Cheyenne. You seriously need to find something to do with your life. The whole argument you had was inconsiderate, uncalled for, and most importantly very disrespectful. To the male employee working with Cheyenne today. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. As a customer my wife and I stood up for your coworker not agreed with the wrongful customer. Teamwork is what all fast food and customer service based jobs thrive off of. Try again Topeka.

The only thing I'd have to say is the customer that decided to bully Cheyenne today is so terribly rude. She couldn't wait 4 minutes for her sandwich to be ready at the drive-thru so she came in and claimed Cheyenne was being rude. She was absolutely amazing although the male employee working with her agreed with the rude customer instead of standing up for her. Teamwork is important and as a customer I'm telling you that we aren't always right in our actions.

I just went to get lunch. I walked in and waited 10 minutes in silence! There were two employees making online orders. They didn’t greet me or apologize for the wait. The table was disgusting. I ordered a wrap and only got half of the meat portion. the employee made me and the girl behind me feel like we were inconveniencing her! Very poor customer service

I’ve tried this location different time throughout 2022-2024. It is conveniently close to home, but every time I have gone there I remember I’ve already told myself to never come back. I’ve given this location so many chances.They are so slow in making sandwiches for the drive thru and even in the lobby. Most of the staff I have been served by appear to not want to be there. They usually always screw up something in my order, and are constantly out of items like the iced tea I always order but rarely get. Today was the last time. Honestly, Subway needs to just shut this location down.

Just stopped by for a quick bite to eat with my son. Went through the drive thru touch screen and waited 30 mins behind another car. Understandable my thought was maybe it’s just one person tonight. Eventually the car in front me left and I waited for someone to come to the window. After an additional 10 mins, I drove around and went inside to see what’s going on. The lady at the front, asked what can I help you with while grabbing gloves to make a sandwich. I said that I’ve been waiting for a while and wanted to know what was going on and do they have my order from the drive thru. The young lady said that it was cancelled and they aren’t making any sandwiches. So I walked out and looked in the window for another customer to go in and clearly got her sandwich made. I’ve already reported this business and the lady. The manager clearly needs to do some more training.

Extremely slow, and I sat in line for 20min. Finally made it to the window, payed for my food and then get told they don't have the stuff to make it. I go in to get a refund waited another 15 minutes and the guy was very disrespectful.

Paul was great and basically doing everything on his own as his coworkers were yelling and laughing and cussing in the back where no one could see but everyone could hear. They noticed Paul was working but didn't step in to help at all and made themselves food. Everything was great but those workers. THANKS PAUL!!!

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. When I pulled up to the drive thru,No one was ahead of me. Only one vehicle already at the pickup window. I used the touch screen to place my order which took a few minutes. When I was done I pulled up and the car at the window was still there. I thought, hm that’s odd for a sandwich place to take that long but maybe they’re busy inside or understaffed. Well, turns out neither of those were the case. I wait 10 more minutes behind the car until they finally get their order which looked small (one bag). So, I finally pull up to pay and I do. After that I proceed to wait 20 minutes for ONE SANDWICH that didn’t need toasted or heated. At this point I can see multiple workers through the drive thru window. How long could it really possibly take to make ONE COLD SANDWICH??? FINALLY I get my order and as I’m driving away I look inside to see if there’s a bus full of people ordering inside or what. There was ONE person standing in line and no one else in the place. Will never be coming to Subway again. Not even just this one. How can Subway hire such slow incompetent people? Do better.

Walk in and you can feel the attitude in the air. The young chick with dark hair threw my sandwich at me. And mumbled have a good day while walking away. Got visibility upset when I asked for my drink and chips. Smh. I get it probably had a bad day but they always seems to be having one. And come off rude as hell. Atleast pretend to be nice. We all hate having to go to work some days

this was the second time in a week that we stopped at this subway. both times they had only 2 types of bread out of their 5 varieties. today, in addition to the lack of bread, the employee tried to short us on the meat. the manager was on the phone while ringing customers up. the final insult was the soda machine that was dispensing too sweet Diet Coke and the root beer was not sweet. This will be my final time dining at this place. these franchise owners need to regularly check their businesses instead of just sitting at home collecting their money.
