Ordered 2 bruito Supremes and 2 soft tacosNothing had lettuce on it and the bruito Supremes had no tomatoes, lettuce, or sour cream only meat beans and cheese. All the bruitos were hard on the out side. I've had so many issues with this taco bell. Always check ur order before u leave this taco bell

Do not order online if you are not going to be picking it up right away! Even though online offers different times to pick up the order, they do not go off the requested times. They make the food right away. When I noticed that, I called to let them know that I did not want to pick it up for another hour and the lady hung up on me. I had to get off work early and drive over there so I did not have cold food. The manager was helpful to some degree and made sure my food was not cold, but there was nothing else she was able to do for me. Terrible experience. I will not be back.

Fast food is fast food order was made quick and wasn't
The line was a little bit of a wait in the drive thru but only about 5 min at most (Seems like 4 ever when hungry) but food was incredibly fresh and they didnt mind adding sour cream or a small substition on box meal. And thats a lot of food for $5 !!!! We had chalupa box and mexican pizza both were perfectly done and not a mess. I recommend this store if you're on the northside !

Convinced everyone who works here was dropped on their head repeatedly. How you guys have a unskilled job yet do such a bad job at it? I've never seen a bigger group of people with room temp IQ than this place. Why does it take 30 minutes for an order?

Placed an online order for $28 went to the drive thru set 10mins to get to speaker then another 15 mins to get to the widow, another 8mins at the window for my food to come out. Tacos were all broken and stuck to the paper and fell apart and burritos had some kind of red sauce in them and the fries were half full and cold. Worst service I've had there and took that food home to my family shameful! Get it together, good grief it's fast food! Same food over and over. I've worked it before this isn't exceptable or difficult!Parking: If you park to go eat inside you can't back out because of the drive thru line goes between the two rows of cars parking at the curbs in the parking lot eating inside. My husband had to get out of the car and stop traffic so I could back out to go back to work, I was on lunch break. This was another time than today.
