A good thing about living off Highway 24 is the easy access to fire authentic Mexican food from the Oakland area. Stopped in for their smoky grilled pollos asados. Such a simple dish in principle, yet you would be hard pressed to find anyone else doing it with such care. The deep, smoky exterior only comes with time and a commitment to doing it right.A modest building that I unfortunately overlooked for years. I won't make that mistake again. Looking forward to sampling the rest of their menu.

Good customer service. I was just shocked with the total. 6 asada tacos, 1 torta and 2 beverages for $32. Their website says $1.93 per taco and $7.70 for a torta. Which comes out to around $24 with the drinks.The food wasn’t great.

I forgot the name of the drink I had but it was made with rice water and sooooooo good. Be open minded. Try new things outside of just the signature tacos. This place has a large variety of things to choose from.
