This location has been known for bad food and bad service for years. Oftentimes they would be understaffed, serving incorrect orders, unsafe food, and overall not a great experience. I would recommend the locations on Wanamaker and Topeka Blvd as a much better option than the Gage location.

Worst Wendy's ever. Seriously just close this location down. They always open late, close early, and take 5+min just to take one order in drive thru. Plus the food sucks and the store is dirtier than any fast food place I've ever been to. Just close this store

Wendy's at Gage Blvd!!! I asked a person to change my fries. It said if is not hot and crispy they will change it. This guy told me if it was him he would eat it anyway. I laughed! Imagine if he used that same line with all customers. I don't think some of them would laugh about it. I usually eat it anyway., But c'mon!! Why put a motto on the window saying they would change your fries, if they can't serve it!!! LoL. When you don't have a lot of money and you say to your kids, eat it anyway, that I understand. I expected fast food or any other restaurants to serve me what I pay for. If I wanted to pay for cold fries I would go to the grocery store and buy it there, then go home and bake it in the oven myself. Lol.??????????

Ordered a double on nbr 7 only got a single. Fries were cold. The brown stuff to drink was not coke! No receipt given. 2 orders of the chicken bites were perfect! Service is great but can't service what is ordered... so sad1

Super slow service, it reminded me of the movie zootopia where the sloths were working. Just no one seemed to be in any hurry at all. However, the employees were friendly and they got our order accurate so I won't hold it against them too much.

Just had the worst breakfast ever. Got shorted a sandwich and what i did get was cold and inedible. Had to throw away. Will never go to this place again. There is no quality control here. Store manager should be fired.

What a joke... lights on, no customers in parking lot or drive thru, pull up to drive thru to order and wait more than 5 minutes before leaving without ordering... all while the employees (which I drove right passed) stand outside the front door goofing off... not the first time this location has had a more than disappointing visit, but it will be the last for me
Ordered an avacado southwest salad and there was no avacado. Fries were cold even though they advertise fresh hot fries guaranteed. Will not visit this store again. Edit.I decided to call the store to let them know my experience, and inform them so they could check the other salads so this didn't happen again. Live google status shows the store is not busy at all however 2 attempts to call both rang through long enough the call just ended.

Tried the new “hot & crispy” fries tonight in the drive thru and a jr bacon cheeseburger. Received cold fries, they replaced them. Didn’t notice the burger was cold as well until I pulled away. Not worth it to circle back around. Sadly, this Wendy’s location consistently disappoints.
