Italian Restaurants near Valley Center

“This was our first time here. Angelo's layout is a hot mess! The waiting area is right in middle of where they bring out everyone's food and drink, where the servers have to go through that area to get your food to you. You have to keep vigilant while waiting for your table or you will get ran over by wait staff which almost happened to us twice. I felt sorry for the wait staff that have to deal with this to make a living and I tipped accordingly solely because of this. Speaking of which, our server was polite and pleasant.Now onto the food. I ordered Lasagna which consisted of 2 layers of Lasagna noodles,.a meat layer then another layer of lasagna noodle at the bottom. Then they smother it in sauce and throw a square of mozzarella on top and bake it so that you can't easily tell what's in it. I'm no Gordon Ramsay but I know lasagna. No ricotta, or any other cheese in the middle. I complained and they took off the lasagna from our ticket There was no pushback. Everyone else's meal seemed good and the pizza was decent. They do not offer a veterans discount which we found to be a bit odd but since they took off the lasagna it was a wash.Their bread is phenomenal. Like Nothing you will have anywhere else. Next time we go back it will be for the bread and Chicken Parmesan or Fettuccine Alfredo. We do plan to return now that we know what's good.“

“TOP NOTCH CATERING!!! We love the food and decided to have them cater our wedding. It was beyond our expectations!! Eric arrived at the perfect time, set it all up and was so gracious. Chaffing dishes, sterno and takeout boxes, tongs and serving spoons are included for the asking. Food selection was awesome, generous portions (with lots of leftovers) all at a very reasonable price!! There was something for everyone's taste. Go see Theresa to arrange your order...you'll be glad you did!!“

“I've never been to Italy before so I'm not sure how to compare. I have to say Napoli's pastas are quite good. I don't real like el dente so I guess this place works for me. The server was very nice and informative. I like all the dishes that I've tried but the portions are quite little comparing to what I've had at other restaurants. Ambience is quiet since we came after 4pm.“

“Best restaurant I've been to in a long time. Had the spaghetti and fried ravioli and it was perfect. The waitress accidentally gave my husband lasagna when he ordered the chicken Alfredo but it wasn't a big deal because his dinner was phenomenal. Flavor was spot on and portions were huge. We could've easily split a plate. Had pleasant conversations with some of the staff. Sweet woman, possibly the owner. We ended the meal with a slice of tiramisu . It was absolutely delicious. Wonderful experience all around. This is probably gonna be our new date night spot.“

“Going gluten free is intimidating, but here they make it easy! You have two different options of cauliflower or gluten free dough for your pizza! It is always my comfort food with their menu full of pasta, pizza, calzones and lots of wine options to match your meal! And don't forget your dessert! With the expensive menu filled with options for even the pickiest of eaters, this place is perfect for a quick or long meal! The staff makes sure that you are comfortable and completely taken care of! I got the number 8 Angelio and my hubby got the pepperoni! The service is always fast and you can't go wrong here.“

“My family and I stopped at this restaurant a few weeks ago as we were driving north for vacation. I’ve been to Fazoli’s locations in Texas, Indiana, Kansas, Colorado, Michigan etc… and I have to say this was my favorite location yet. The staff was extremely attentive and very welcoming. I was actually stunned at how great the service was considering this is a fast food restaurant. Food was great as usual and the breadsticks were cooked to perfection.“

“Food was good. Love going to Olive Garden at least once a year. Missed it on my birthday. I think the host or hostesses need to pay more attention when seating. We were seated, but they didn't assign a waiter or waitress. Manger handled, that's why they get 4 instead of 3.“

“My daughter ordered a pizza for delivery through the app when I was not home. Unfortunately, she ordered to the wrong Pizza Hut. I called the Pizza Hut and explained the situation to Rachael. She was very kind and offered a refund to my daughter since she had no way to pick up the pizza. Kiddos to Pizza Hut Express on Maize road. Amazing customer service.“

“The food was very good. We got the small bites lasagna & small bites manicotti. The sauce was a little bit watery but it didn't affect the taste. Happy hour prices are good on beer, $3.00 per pint. They only have bottles currently but are working on getting kegs. I can't speak on their wine prices since we're not wine drinkers. Everything seems to be priced fairly & the service was great.“
