This is a great place to get donuts. They have a decent variety, and their prices are good too. That being said, definitely go early! We went the first time at about 8:30am, and nearly all the donuts were out by then. 6:30-7:00 seems like the perfect time to get some fresh donuts. If you're lucky, they'll even come out hot!
It's funny that I came here to say these are the best donuts in the world and find the only other review makes the same claim. But it's true, as far as I can tell. I grew up in Wellington eating Daylight Donuts all throughout my time there. Any time I tried donuts somewhere else, I was disappointed. Then I moved to Lawrence then to San Francisco then traveled around the world, including New York. I continued to try donuts everywhere I went. Great donuts, hometown service, and a long history displayed in artifacts and art on the walls. Not just good for a small town donut shop, but well-made donuts with great flavor, fun designs, and good quality.
