Very cool place but extremely expensive. We paid 60 dollars for a few kids to ride go carts once and bowling is the most expensive in town but I do have to say it's a nice clean bowling alley but since the price increase we will not be returning. You will go broke here especially if you have kids.

I love their 300 pizza, they’re awesome chicken strips and their wraps, I always have. I went tonight and they were to open at 5:00 ? and yet no one did, no sign on the door or message online, locked up tight, we will be going to Bubba’s for burgers ? and beer ? instead ?

My church home team has a fun time bowling at The Alley Bar and Grill. The food tasted great and the service was very friendly.
Terrible service. Had to go and ask them to take the drink order. My drink was very watery. He never came back to give refills. Sat there for 20 min. Waiting on our food. There was only 3 of us. We decided to leave. It took another 5 min to get some one to tab me out for the drinks. After walking up to the bar to pay.

Disappointed with the new owning corporation. When in Wichita for work, this was a favorite go to. Unfortunately the new menu is a lethargic version of the old and the quality is diminished to match.

Party of two service was absolutely terrible. We sit there 15 minutes. Never got waited on another party of two come in and sit down and got waited on immediately. All four servers walked right past us three out of the four said hi still never got service. Got up and left. Won’t go back.

After the change of ownership this has lost its way. Unless of course your up to belly up at the bar, the service is non existent. Sometimes it sucks when an out of town company takes over, just look what’s happened to the movie theater next door.
Poor service and just average food. Only one server running the bar and waiting table and they moved at a snails pace. We had to walk up to the bar get their attention to order food and drinks

Service was horrible and slow. Never really checked on us during our time there and when came time to pay had no idea what we even ordered. Wont be going back anytime soon.

This used to be a fun place to go after work Since they have become bowleros, not so much. Alot of people in wichita get off work at 2:30 or 3. They have changed their hrs and now don't open until 4. Loosing people. Not as friendly of an atmosphere either

A "Super Cheesy" Burger as named on the menu that looks better than it tastes. Two slices of cheese on two burger patties = "Super Cheesy?' No, no it doesn't. And you don't do bacon in an 'X' you don't get bacon in every bite. Do half slices side by side or shape the bacon into triangles then cook it. Customers get a far better burger experience with very little time added to prep. And while the burger and fries were good but far from great and on a slow Sunday, the service was less than attentive. Jessica was friendly, but was slow to bring out my burger, I had to ask for a drink refill and it took forever to get my ticket so I could settle up. You would think a basket with a dirty napkin in it set far to the side along with an empty mug would be a hint for her to come over and ask if I needed anything else.... Texting on her phone was more important...
