Was so very disappointed today, not only was my food barely warm but the Long island ice tea was not good at all. Sent it back and got water and they still charged me for that gross undrinkable drink!!I've had many LIT at Applebee's so know when it's not made correctly. Plus they were short staffed,

So basically i waited 2 hours just to order when there was little to no people other than myself,I ordered chicken alfredo and the first time is was dry so i sent it back,second time the noodles weren’t even cooked!!! You can see this in the photo.then the manager wanted to be rude due to me making a complaint,mind you we waited 2 hours!!! Might as well just make a homecooked meal, come here at the risk of uncooked food and bad customer service….Kid-friendliness: They were nice to children i guess

They was short staff they said, we had wait for about 30mins to get table, they also didn't get orders right with the wings, supposed be half and half in flavors, and never gave us bread for the meals we had.

Ordered 2 bourbon street chicken and shrimp with green beans instead of mashed potatoes and no seasoning. We got mashed potatoes and a ton of seasoning, there were even stickers with the correct order on the on the sticker. I have diabetes so I cannot have mashed potatoes or the seasoning. Apparently neither the cooks or the people that put the order together can read, or don't care enough to read the instructions to get simple instructions correct.Dietary restrictions: As a diabetic I have specific medical needs and simple instructions that I hope can be followed.

We stood at the hostess desk for 5 min wondering if we were supposed to use the contactless check in. A girl we thought was the hostess came from the kitchen and walked right by us. Then the manager came up and took us to a table. There are no tables only booths or high top tables. I squeezed in to the booth and the table came up to my upper torso. The manager who had taken us to the booth was nowhere. We stood and waited. No one came back by. My husband waved his arm in the air as the manager walked by and called out. Nothing. I was on my way out the door and my husband said let’s try this half booth near the hostess stand. The manager and the hostess stood there flirting as my husband tried to flag them down, even calling to them. Nothing. If you are a big person you are not welcome at Applebees. It was so awful I left in tears.

I have never eaten at Applebee's, so we wanted to give it a try.First off,the waiter took our drink oder and came back with our drinks some 25 minutes later. The mozzarella sticks for the appetizer was horrible. Breading tasted awful, and cheese tasted like Elmer's glue. Our meal was just as bad. Steak was burnt, and green beans were tasteless. The only things good about our meal were the mashed potatoes and our drinks. We waited 15 minutes for our check only to gave to ask the manager to go get the manager, who had been sitting right next to us our entire visit. Who by the way, gaveWon't be going back.

Had terrible wait service, 20 minutes in, still no drinks, ordered drinks, went to bar and got a round of beers ourselves, waiter shows up to ask if we needed refills on the beers, when we stated that we had not gotten the first drinks we ordered the excuses started, tried to blame the bartender, which did not go over well since we had already gotten our own beers from the bartender. Asked for the manager and he just made the same excuses, got up cussed him and left. We had been in the place 30 minutes and if they are that short handed why was the manager not helping the staff? Terrible staff and management.
The price for the loaded mashed potatoes and the amount of ingredients is not worth it. Green beans were good, but thought there would be a bit more. Alfredo: broccoli and cheese tasted off. Rest was ok, but a tad dry. Not much sauce. Basket of Waffle Fries were yummy.
