We ran into a bit of a dilhema. With less than 24 hours, I needed a cake for my Son's 10th Birthday party. They made a custom Gorilla Tag cake, with less than a 24 hour notice. It was delicious!

I needed cookies and cupcakes for a Grinch baby shower. They worked with me on the perfect design and made suggestions that really made the cookies/cupcakes perfect. I definitely recommend!

First of all do yourself a favor and don’t get the cherry chip cake…DISGUSTING. It tasted like generic cough medicine to the point nobody could eat it. When speaking to the employees, even though self admittedly by them it was gross, they seemed reluctant to make it right. They did end up offering to replace it with something of the quarter of the money spent originally. The next week my family came down with Covid, which we let them know, and couldn’t pick up the replacement. After calling the next week they told us it was too late. The manager was extremely rude. My family/friends have been going there for years so it’s sad to see this is how they treat long standing customers. Will go somewhere else for the next event and I’d suggest you do the same!

I just now called this bakery to order 2 dozen chocolate cupcakes with buttercream chocolate icing. I need these for tomorrow. After checking with her manager she told me they can make these for tomorrow but there would be a $10.00 rush fee. I said no I was not going to pay a $10.00 rush fee for cupcakes and told her I have been doing business with them for years and it use to be I could call and order these cupcakes with a 24 hour notice. Less than one minute later I get a call from the manager. She was calling to argue her point of the of the $10.00 rush fee and was telling me I just didn't understand small business. I was in shock and hung up on her rant. I have been doing business with this small business for over 30 years when the original owner was Dee. An Amazing small business owner, Dee sold her business to start another small business and continues to serve this community. Artistic cakes has changed hands over the years and this new owner has ruined the reputation of the Artistic Cake name. I will Never do business with this company again due to the current manager. Oct 2023: I went here to to try some baked cookies. I purchased a few chocolate chip cookies, cranberry, and a lemon cookie. Cost $15 and some change for 5 cookies...not bad price...I got inside my vehicle and couldn't wait to try it. I took my first bite into my cranberry cookie and then another bite into my chocolate chip cookie...cookies were cold and was falling apart as I was holding it. I'm not sure if I have high expectations since it's a bakery but I was not impressed. I took a small second bite and then a third but it tasted the same all three times. Cookies were cold and falling apart...this will be my first and last time here. Idk. Maybe the cakes are better or the cookies weren't fresh. I've had a lot of cookies in my days and this is the worst. People have different taste. Don't knock it till you try it.

If I could give zero stars I would. They messed up my order and gave me the hardest time. I probably had the most simplest cake order ever and they still somehow made it look like a child decorated it. They were very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. How unfortunate and not one apology but now I know I will never be ordering from them again. Save yourself and go elsewhere!!

They made the cutest and most delicious cake for my cats’ birthday. I just used the cats’ birthday as an excuse to order cake this weekend, but I immediately asked my husband to make sure this is where he orders MY next birthday cake. The whipped frosting is amazing, not overly sweet like buttercream. The cake is nice and moist too. Not to mention this cake is way cuter than I could ever imagine. Thank you!!
Wow. I am so happy with how this Elvis cake turned out. This was for my grandmother's surprise 80th birthday party. This cake was a hit, so many compliments!

I always use Artistic Cakes for my cake needs and have for years. In March, they did a perfect job for a cake that I ordered. My only gripe is the expense of $80 for a quarter sheet cake (I paid that same amount for a half sheet just a few years ago).

Artistic Cakes did our wedding cake and cupcakes and they nailed it! Not only was everything gorgeous and done exactly as planned but the cake was just as delicious as when we came in to sample it. We also had them deliver. They were on time and set it up! The staff is friendly and helpful! 100% using them in the near and far future!!
