I tend to do a build you own so I can add extra of everything I want to make the best pizza.I highly suggest getting it cooked well done and using only the Ovaltine mozzarella personal opinion but definitely one of my top chain pizza locations.Dietary restrictions: I personally compete in sports and the build your own allows me to add any extra toppings to accommodate my needs and they even offer keto variety of their crust.

I once adored this spot, but today was a letdown. My wife and I visited for pizza, only to encounter two staff members. Unfortunately, the service was abysmal, especially from the girl who crafted a pizza overloaded with sauce and skimped on other toppings. Despite our request for more, she didn't oblige. Regrettably, this marks our final visit to Blaze Pizza in Wichita.

I really want to give positive views! I want restaurants to do well. But after talking with the employees they could care less about our concerns. I was hoping the owners name would be on the door so I could contact them instead of making this review.However, I am beyond shocked by what I saw when at this establishment today. Staff was extremely rude. So much attitude from the guy taking our order to the person making our food, to the gals that took the money, and the gal giving out orders. Side note: my husband got the wrong pizza. As did the man who ordered before us.One gal got a FaceTime call and took it, and was walking in the area where they make the food, just talking.Ice machine was broken they said (so no ice)5 people in front of us walked across the street to another establishment to buy drinks and came back sat outside to eat their pizza.I will say our food was good. We ate outside because of how dirty it was inside. Unfortunately, because it was windy outside our pizza got cold faster than we could eat it.UPDATE:After I posted my review I went through and read other reviews. It looks like the owners are giving everyone a copy and pasted reply. They keep ensuring people that they will make changes but interesting how no changes have been made. Employees still on their phones, place is filthy, employees are rude. Looks like nothing has been done to correct this.If I were the owner and consistently had bad reviews I would make sure I was physically in the store to make sure things were running correctly.

I eat here mostly just for the blood orange lemonade. I only got a half of a cup and waited over 30 minutes for them to refill the empty container after I asked them. Never happened!! They are too bust talking to each other a d taking turns going to the bathroom and I am sure playing on their phones for the length of time they spend in there! I should have asked for a refund since I ordered paid for a large drink but didn't even get enough to fill a small cup.

I have traveled all the world eating at different restaurants as a professional pilot. This is by far the worst I have ever had. The food was horribleUpdate - the breadsticks were great. I apologize to Blaze for the bad review. I looked up exactly what I ordered and it was keto crust. My fault!!! Even though I didn’t like it at all, it was my fault for not paying attention!!Five stars for service because Blaze reached to to discuss the review.

Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for my pregnant wife’s pizza, that they never started. Asked if they could start it and ask if we could get a cookie or something for having to wait. And the employee said let me ask my manager and she never did. And then manager came out and I asked myself. And she had a horrible attitude with me as she rudely gave me a brownie.
