My sister recently took me here and it was outstanding. Everything was fresh and tasted so delicious. The rolls were on point and the presentation was beautiful. I love how each morsel of fish melts in your mouth.

If there was a way to put NO STARS I would , my husband and I decided to come out tonight for a dinner date . Upon our arrival the establishment looked unclean . But the food looked good on the website so we decided to give it a chance. I want to start off by saying that our server, who was brand new, was very kind. I ordered a simple sesame salad. I noticed the salad looked a bit off ( like bottom of the salad bag that had been left in the refrigerator for too long ) but I thought okay maybe i’m being too judgmental. After two bites I realized underneath the salad on top was SLIMY DARK GREEN OLD LETTUCE. Ide actually smelled it as I ate and noticed thank god because I almost vomited. I kindly notified our server . Next I ordered the lobster roll which was a big roll of MUSH, and the pear martini which tasted like Cough syrup and fish was absolutely not fresh . The roll was not a baked roll however the roll itself was warm and with tuna and salmon on the roll I feel like it shouldn’t have been room temp . I’m currently trying not to be sick to my stomach, and hoping I didn’t get food poisoning. Please do better , I’m unsure what happened to this place but I had higher expectations. This being the last time we will ever attempt to eat sushi in wichita ?

Absolutely terrible service. At 2:30 pm I placed an order for take out at 6 pm. I ordered ahead with plenty of time because I had a schedule to keep in the evening. I arrived at 6, but my food wasn’t ready until 6:25. Completely threw me off of my schedule and made me late for the rest of the night. Next time I will be taking my business elsewhere. The food and cooks are great but nobody else knows what is going on.

HOPELESS service. Service is usually bad whenever we dine in, but it's manageable. Today I ordered 3 rolls to takeout online 4 hours in advance to make sure they had plenty of time to work it into their cooking schedule. They had only made one of the rolls when I arrived at 6. I waited at the door for 10 minutes without being greeted before deciding to walk up to the door dash area to try my luck. All said and done I finally walked out of the door at 6:25. Which is extra annoying given I had an evening schedule to keep to and this ruined my entire night. The food is always good but with service this terrible I am done with Blue Fin. They obviously dont care about the customer so Ill find a different place that does.

The sauce on chicken katsu bento was literally BBQ sauce with sesame seeds sprinkled on top, which is not authentic at all. The sushi rolls and nigiri was pretty good. The rest of the food was decent. The inside is nothing special and has plenty of seating. On the bright side, it was not busy and the food arrived relatively quickly after ordering off the menu. Overall, this place earns 3 and a half stars.Parking: Parking lot in front of the building
