A group of friends had just finished playing basketball, so we were really sweaty and probably stunk. We were also close to closing time, our waitress was very friendly and didn't bat an eye. We even had to have one person show up late and order his food later than expected. Overall the experience and food was good, but our service was great.

I have been to this restaurant many times. When it first opened it was great, and I would say we were very pleased with it during the pandemic. At some point, it seemed to become hit and miss, but each time I've given them the benefit of the doubt. Today 1/23/23 I was there with 4 other adults and one child. During this time, I do not feel the restaurant was busy enough to lack service. We were initially sat in a booth which is where we ordered our drinks and appetizers. At some point, while we were waiting a roach crawled by my shoulder on the wall. Our party got up and moved to the middle of the room. At some point we noticed our drinks sitting on the bar waiting for our waitress. Once our waitress finally brought us our drinks, we explained to her in a discreet manner why we moved tables. She apologized and told us she would talk to her manager. I can't speak for everyone else in our party, but I can speak for my own. My fries were lukewarm, and my wings seemed as if they sat a bit before they were brought to me. I did not expect any freebies or discounts (which we did not receive), but the neither the waitress nor the manager made any attempt to even speak to us about the situation. This eatery has much potential but, I'm done giving this establishment the benefit of the doubt. The restaurant is only a couple years old, and has a great location with prime development for shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. I look forward to its closing in hopes another restaurant takes its place and wants to make a solid effort into being a true asset to that area of development.

The food was okay in terms of taste. I'm not a wing person so I got a sandwich and it made me pretty sick.The service was pretty slow. Wait for awhile to be acknowledged when you walk in, the table was dirty when they sat us, a cockroach crawled on the wall, and when I finished my drink it wasn't until the end of the meal when we were waiting for the check before our server brought us new drinks.I don't like blaming the server, but the manager never came to introduce themselves or apologize for the slow service or for the cockroach that ran across the wall right next to us.I don't think I'll be back.

On Sunday we ate lunch (four adults and one child). We got there at about 1:30 and the restaurant was about half full. Everything started out okay. The waitress was friendly and took our drink orders and appetizers. While we were waiting on appetizers, a cockroach crawled along the wall next to our booth and crawled between the trim and the wall directly above our table. We moved tables, without talking to anyone. After moving, it took 10 to 15 minutes before our waitress came back out. We ordered drinks from the bar and still hadn’t got them, we could see them sitting on the bar dying. We told the waitress about the cockroach and she apologized and said she would tell the manager. After ordering food, we waited another 20 minutes before the waitress checked on us again. At this point, every drink on the table was empty but one. Our food arrived and was just okay. Wings were dry and over cooked. At the end of our meal, we expected at the very least an introduction and apology from the manager, got nothing. No apology, no discount, nothing. Overall the experience was very subpar and I’m not sure we will go back.

Had the Buffalo wings. I was impressed with the amount of meat on them, and the spice was low enough to be enjoyable. The service was amazing and the staff were friendly and the food was delivered fast. The place itself was spacious and had many tvs. Enjoyable experience, 10/10

In the area for a soccer tournament, and was very excited to give this restaurant a try since it is within walking distance to our hotel. What a disappointment! I got sweet bbq and garlic parm boneless wings and my son got mild Buffalo boneless wings. The garlic parm wings seemed to be buffalo, the buffalo ones were seasoned, but not sauced, and the sweet bbq hardly had any sauce. The boneless wings themselves are just large chunks of breast meat, dry and somewhat chewy. Couldn't even finish them despite being super hungry. Garlic parm fries were decent, and waitstaff was prompt. Too bad, this would have been the perfect place for a team dinner, now I'll steer other teammates from coming here.

Enjoyed an early dinner on the 4th of July. Was able to score a happy hour beer. We were 1 of 3 tables that night. The food was OK, it was my first time eating here. Had the basic chicken wings and a side of wedges. Others in my party had calfower and a chicken salad. We started with basic nachos and Korean shrimp.Getting our food was a little slow as the kitchen staff (both) were less than 2 weeks on the job. The server at the other table had to help cook..My wings were OK, nothing to WOW about. The wedges were lacking being a basket, kinda small pieces, and not a full basket by any means.Wished they had wet wipes as chicken wings can get messy.Made a trip to the men's room to wash up but the soap dispenser was basically empty (both)So overall, nothing was wow and ok. Will I go back? Maybe. Lots of other places that are similar to choose from.

Took our order promptly just to wait 45 minutes for cold food and my wife's food had a distinct dishwater taste to it disgusting! Honestly I won't ever go back because I could get same quality food at just about any sit down and probably pay the same or less without getting it cold. Eat at your own risk.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp direct to the front door but I don't think they have automatic doors.

Traveling through Wichita and decided to try it out. Man was it good! Everything we ordered was delicious and service was great! Wish we had one back home! Guess we'll just have to pass through Wichita more often!

Worth the stop, considering decent food is often hard to find in those highway oriented retail districts.Vegetarian options: The first page of the menu is the meatless options. I like that!
My wife and I were visiting Wichita and while shopping in the area we stumbled upon this amazing restaurant.We had the pleasure of having Candice as our server during our dining experience. I have dined in a lot of restaurants but have never had better service than what Candice provided us. In the world of food service Candice is top 2 but she’s not two….if you don’t get it she’s #1 and the best server this side of the Mississippi. So if you are ever in the area swing by here and ask for Candice. You will not regret it.Oh yeah….the food was good also.

My service was attentive and personable. The problem here is the food. I firmly adhere to the idea that "less is more" most of the time. The smothering of wings in overly sweet sauces is a turn off.

Good food they need smaller zones for waiters. We had to wait for 15 minutes to get our stuff paid, which isn't they waiters fault at all our waiter was just busy. The food can get pretty expensive. For 10 traditional wings and a side of rings and an appetizer it cost around 30 bucks not including tip.Parking: Literally right beside it absolutely loads of parking spotsDietary restrictions: They have lots of gluten free options. They even had low gluten items too.

Went in for lunch. Seated promptly. It was obvious our waitress was new. We asked a couple questions about menu items. She didn’t know. Got our drinks promptly. Orders came in good time. We did not get any silverware .. but what we had we could eat with our fingers. Chicken strips and shrimp. We asked for ketchup .. took over 10 minutes to bring that. Asked for cocktail sauce for shrimp. She had no idea what that was. Another 10 minutes we got tartar sauce instead. So very disappointed in our two orders of chicken strips. All were nice and hot, but were so tough and stringy we could hardly chew them. Breading was very bland. Shrimp and home cut fries were good. Food was hot and fresh .. but chicken was awful. Had to ask for drink refills. Restaurant was not that busy. No salt or pepper on the table. Please give your staff a little more training.
