Flying through Atlanta airport, I always bought Charley’s! Excited to see it in the mall. So had to try it! It did not disappoint. Staff was friendly. It was made fresh and to order. Ultimate fries are the way to go! Love the Buffalo chicken. Taste was great. Would definitely return. Keep up the great work guys!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seating. First let me say the food was GREAT it was super yummy ? no complaints with the food. My complaint is with the girl who handed us our food which was to go, we had 4 boxes and she set the up on the counter, when I asked the other girl can I get bag she looked at me like I was talking a foreign language, then the other girl got a bag placed it on top of the counter and went about her business. This is my 1st time every getting horrible service from the person handing us our food. They are usually friendly but this girl didn't care.

The best cheese steaks you are going to find in Wichita! Food is always hot and fresh, the bread is soft too. A little pricey but oh so worth it-they really pile the toppings on! A++!
Cheesesteaks are inconsistent as the meat is either dry, flavorless, or finally juicy. They still taste good for the most part. Prices are too expensive on the average fries for a small portion. Loved the lemonades with friendly staff and good service.

I stopped eating here along time ago!! Their food gives me the bad explosive diarrhea shits for days!
But why do they have to yell as loud as they can when calling out order numbers???
It’s super annoying and they can be heard on the other side of the mall. If someone ordered food they aren’t going to go that far away while waiting for it. Can you make them stop screaming so loud!!!!!???? I mean we did just have a shooting no that long ago and everyone is still on edge and THE SCREAMING isn’t helping at all!!
