A great Chick Fil A! Despite their slightly crammed drive through, I still manage to get in and out quickly.I recommend taking advantage of the app rather it’s a slow or busy day. Plus you get free food too ;)
Food was great as always. Even with the long line, they do know how to take your order fast and get your food out to you between 60 seconds to a minute.
Fast, friendly service. CLEAN They also offer a gluten free bun that we had with our grilled chicken sandwiches. Our cashier asked if we had a gluten "allergy" :) our receipt had printed instructions to the prep crew to make sure they changed gloves before handling our food and the buns were individually wrapped. We now have a fast food option here in Wichita that is safe for us to eat at.

this CFA used to be the best one in town, but ever since they took out a portion of the dining room. to expand their kitchen, every time we come our order is wrong, we are missing items or we have to go back and ask for our drinks. I think the operator of this store has started focusing on improving thr poor performance of the N Greenwich store and now this one is starting to get neglected. we love Chick Fil A, and the employees are always helpful and kind, but the downhill pattern is disappointing.

This plastic was in my Mac n cheese?UPDATE: management did reach out to me immediately and refunded me my whole order and was very kind and send me some coupons in the mail. I definitely appreciate that since I had to throw my whole meal away. I typically have a great experience at Chick-fil-A. This was one time that it wasn’t.
