This location is the closet to house but its also the most nasty location in Wichita. Typically I avoid this location because the rice is unseasoned, overcooked and sometimes both. I went to this location off 29th and Rock because I was starving. Havent been there in about 5 months. Big disappointment because the rice was sticky and flavorless. I guess I was hoping for better food after so much time had passed. Nope. Still disgusting.

My order was incorrect. I take it back. They still cannot correct it and when returning. I then proceeded to ask for the manager. He comes out, rubbing on his beard and mustache and said hey sorry all he can offer me is guacamole and chips and customer service number not much he can do to correct the issue of having a soggy quesadilla. My rice was not in my container not only did I have to come back Instead of them making me priority made me go through the line to not have the items to even make my quesadilla over and tell me to wait another 6 to 8 minutes. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

Good food. Very, very dirty dining room. We found the only clean table. The dining area was 1/3 full at most. An employee walked out, turned around never to be seen again. If I owned this I would be embarrassed at how dirty it was.

Food was great, App was a total failure. Doesn't surprise me that when I click "REPORT AN ISSUE" in a Chipotle email it goes to a "404 Not There page!" I've tried to use your IOS app on two IOS devices, both crash immediately after launch. ThenI found the web order page, and we did a web page order and after 6 different people putting in EXACTLY what each of 6 people wanted.... the app wouldn't submit the order via the browser based version. Each order had 5 to 10 customizations and side selections. EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED IF THE DAMN APP WOULD PLACE THE ORDER. Since we had invested 45 minutes trying to get things to work, and family still wanted Chipotle I drove over to your Rock Road store and stood in line to manually order all 6 very complicated meals verbally. The people behind me in line waiting were livid, I was mad and embarrassed. I use 25 different food order apps for other food chains and they all work fine... but your terrible app taught me not to recommend Chipotle to anyone unless it is a simple one person order you can place at the restaurant. Ridiculous waste of an hour of my time. But the food was good.... that is why everyone wanted Chipotle...... please fix the damn app.
