i was up-charged 99 cents to NOT get banana in my julius. the short girl with glasses has horrible customer service and the cherry on top was she was training a girl. obviously this establishment needs my 99 cents more than i do. praying that trainee finds work elsewhere because every employee i’ve interacted with has been rude. must be the prerequisite for their employment.

This is my 3rd orange Julius in 8 years. And all have been disappointments. These are not the creamy orange dream they once were. They claim not to have changed the formula, so then the change must be something in the training. Another review hit the nail on the head: it's a watery orange slush with next to no flavor. Maybe not enough of the powder, maybe just not mixing it long enough. But not going to make this mistake again.

It has been a while since I’ve had an Orange Julius so I decided to try one at the Dairy Queen in town east mall. Instead of tasting like the old delicious Orange Julius, it tasted like an orange juice slushy. The sweet taste that was always there in the past was missing. I won’t be trying it again at this location.
Good ice cream but inconsistent smoothies. Smoothies are either nice and thick or too watery and bland. Sometimes the staff doesn't fully clean the blenders before making new smoothies. Staff are polite and attentive except for the old lady.

I was introduced to the Pina Colada Smoothie with Yogurt at the West Mall when it was still open, and it was my favorite. So I decided to order it at the East Mall, and was told by the young lady “Are you sure? It’s not that good”. I never asked for her opinion. Instead of growing the business she’s running customers off.

The workers at the Orange julius at town East Mall are very rude specially an older woman she don't even say hello, thank you or you welcome as a courtesy, she don't even look at you while you telling her what you want she is just looking around and when she finally looks at you is a very rude look like she's been waiting for hours and is tired of the customers. A lot of people always complain about them but I guess they don't care! I hope the owner of the bussines will put more attention on his workers so they can see what everyone sees.

i came here three times in the past couple months as i go to the mall pretty regularly. this time they were out of the sandwich that i’d usually order, so i ended up getting a chili cheese dog w bacon instead. the bread was super hard and the dog was cold. they seem to be out of food most of the time even though nobody ever seems to order food. my guess is that the hot dog and bread was old. if you want dairy queen just go to one outside the mall. nonetheless my regular sandwich is usually great.
