Bad service and bad pupusas too, with very little filling and small, apart from high prices, it's not worth waiting so long for what they offer, I don't know why it took so long with my order if it was so empty.

They are always friendly and the food is excellent. That is enough in my book for 5 stars. We always get Pho and they bring it out in like 5 mins max. The veggies are fresher than the other places. They aren't skimpy either, they always give big portions. It's Become the number one place for us and we've tried all the Pho places in Wichita. Even though the dining area is small, it is unique and authentic. You won't be disappointed if you like Pho, for sure.

I came here for lunch after reading the reviews. It was a hole in the wall. which, usually some of those are the best so i thought i would still try it. it was very small, very dirty, very sticky. i sat down and waited for someone to greet me. Finally a woman came out and shouted "here or go" i said here. she tossed me a menu. she got me a glass of water with a straw. She never offered any other drinks, which water was fine, whatever. i ordered. she came out and sat my food down and went back in the back. i ate my pho, which was REALLY good. thats the only reason why i gave them 2 stars instead of one. i didnt see a spoon, so i got up and asked her a spoon. she looked at me, didnt smile, pointed at the table and said "SPOON" and turn around and walked off. i said "oh i am sorry, i didnt see it" and she ignored me. two men came walking in talking VERY loudly and she was all happy and talking to them in Vietnamese. I got up to pay and she acted like i was bothering her. i paid, it was cheap (another reason why they got 2 stars instead of one), and the two men said "did you like it? come back again!" so i am assuming they are owners or family. as i got up, cockroaches were crawling all over the floor in front of the register. gross.

Table was sticky and condiments were dirty. Looked like the chili pot has been there for god knows how long. Restaurant was not that clean either. Basically no customer service. Lady seemed like she hated her job and the customers. No music/ambience either. Pho was decent but the atmosphere and lack of service really took away from the experience. The inconsistency in the noodle portion was absurd. We both ordered larges but one bowl had nearly double the amount I had in mine. It looked like the portion I had was for a small bowl. Also, I know this is somewhat out of their control but flies were constantly flying around our table/food. I don't understand how this place has 4.4 stars, there are other Pho places around here that are way better in my opinion.
Ok pho place. Herbs are fresh and clean. Small place inside and sign is kind of faded outside. I ordered to go. The staff was friendly and menu is lively. Decent pho but there's prob better pho places in town

Absolutely the best pho that I have had in a while! Very good broth flavor. I usually add some comdiments to my pho but this place there was no need. I savored it as it was made. The menu was easy to read. There were many pictures. Service was pretty fast. The place is very small. It didnt seem to have a rest room. The only reason for not having a 5 star review is because the place is dirty. It is definately a hole in the wall. I don't use salt or pepper in my pho. Good thing because I was afraid to touch the shakers. They were gross looking. I will most definately be back. I just wish it were a cleaner place.

I just want to say that prior to today my family and I have been My Tho fans eating there several times a week. A friend suggested Pho Lotus so we decided to give it a shot. I actually ordered something other than pho and did not care for it. After trying my husband's pho, we all agreed that it is by far the best pho we have had yet. The flavor of broth was incredible! Our server ( not sure if she is the owner) very kindly switched out my choice for a bowl of pho instead and didn't charge anything extra. Our service was great all through out and with pho like that I don't care what the establishment looks like. This is our new favorite pho spot!!! Can't wait to go back.

It's hard to find consistently good viet food in ICT. Seems everyone veers towards the bland or over sweet. Pho lotus is legit, though. They have many noodle broth dish and everything I've ordered has tasted great. And when u ask for more herbs/veggies, they pile it on without charging extra. I would almost say that it is my favorite viet restaurant. The reason for only 4 stars is I've been in the kitchen, and don't feel that they keep things tidy.
