Horrible customer service from Samantha at Central and hillside in Wichita Kansas! I called in my order on Easter Sunday at 2:30. Apparently they closed at 3:00 on Easter which I was unaware of. It was the only place open at that location. When I tried to pay she would not accept cash claiming that she had already counted the drawer down even though they were counting it as we spoke. She claimed it was company policy to close the door down 20 minutes prior to their closing. I have never heard that anywhere. It's curious why they would accept a to-go order from someone who didn't pay for a card over the phone and not tell them they weren't going to be able to pay in cash until they arrived When I asked for her name, she repeatedly told me her her name was manager and then her and a colleague were whispering in each other's ears and giggling throughout the entire transaction

Loved the grilled vegetable salad!! The portion was perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful.As the place filled up for lunch it did get a bit loud and a challenge to hear my friend but we had a nice visit and both enjoyed it. I’m already planning on taking my husband for the paninis.

The food was good but this lady came in while we were eating and rubbed her fingers along the mouth end of every single fork in the container which was so strange and gross. My suggestion is to maybe bring the silverware to the tables with the food so random people don’t touch all of the forks with their dirty hands and then stick them right back in the jar.

Stopped in for a late lunch and it was not busy inside so I got right in and ordered. The customer service I was shown was pleasant and she brought my food to me! I had the Dr. Greek salad with grilled chicken. Deliciously flavored and well done. The chicken came out hot and steaming in my salad. While this was not my first time eating their food, it was my first time dining in. Great salads. Will return! Highly recommend for a healthier choice. They have sandwiches and soups too!

Most of the food is really good and seems to be made with high quality ingredients. It's one of the only restaurants that seems to serve generally healthy food. Prices a pretty decent. Generally 10-13.Their fried chicken used to add to meals tastes like chicken nuggets though. It's not amazing. Get the grilled chicken.
Went in today (9-30-23). One family of 5 ahead of me. I stupidly waited 32 minutes from my order time. I sat and waited…Finally just refilled my soda and walked out. Ridiculous as they completed other odd jobs and took care of new walk ins.I hope they use my $18 salad to become better.

I want to say first I enjoy doc greens and the food tastes good. I ordered a salad called rosin rosin and I added BBQ chicken to it. This salad had the smallest amount of lettuce I've ever seen. I had so much chicken once I ate every single vegetable and salad it was basically a full container of BBQ chicken. There was just a big stack of cucumbers in the middle, had blue cheese and tomatoes I hardly tasted any at all. Very disappointed in the salad overall. Nothing was expired or anything that's the positive note, it was hard to get through due to eating a chicken salad with a sprinkling of veggies. I enjoyed the chicken by itself and the salad taste of everything it was just crazy portions of stuff not like how it normally comes I've never had a salad like this one. I got a bowl of the tortilla chicken soup ..this was just condensed canned soup that did not have any water added to it. The texture was a thick queso and it tastes like a salty cheese dip. No tortillas in the soup, really nothing but thick cheese substance and spicy flavoring no real seasoning. I added about two water bottles to the concentrate and it finally watered out to what a soup consistency should be. still had strong flavor so I am assuming someone was not told to add water to the concentrated soup and mistakes happen but wow sodium! It was shocking to try it as it was the first time I had ordered their soup so I didn't know what to expect. Imagine a chowder with a thickening agent lol but when I thinned it out I thought it tasted similar to Campbell's quality nothing to pay $6 per bowl over!! Not the worst thing I've tasted after doctoring...turkey sandwich was smoked turkey, did not taste like it was smoked. Nothing special really no flavor at all. Ordered a side of mashed potatoes and instead got mushrooms?? Just a bowl of mushrooms lol they were obviously canned reheated as well and I'm wondering..it can't be that much more difficult to cook your own mushrooms? More importantly why did I get mushrooms instead of white cheddar mashed potatoes..?? No idea. The wait time was exceptionally long. Wasn't a good experience so won't return to this location definitely needs some more staff training and probably some more employees to help out.
