A mistake was made and my husband with very slight dementia was ASSURED that his pizza was at Maize and 21st. Even though he shared screen shots showing his order was at pizza hut.Irresponsible, rude, and given your health department ratings inexcusable.

Man, 2. med plain cheese pan pizzas were just what I needed to feed my son and staff. I got them fresh out of the oven and the man behind the counter was helpful and friendly.

If you place a cash order at this store, the employees will give you the order then cancel it once you drive off. So you get no rewards and they're blatantly stealing from the store.

Delivery driver Andrew speeds through residential neighborhood's and when confronted about it he gets upset/defensive. Maybe you are a little old to be delivering pizzas with that attitude.

Never recieved order. Waited an hour for the delivery, called 3 times. Only answered the 3rd time and they ended up giving excuses and said they would redeliver the same pizza they cooked over an hour ago to me, which would have been cold by the time it would have gotten to me. They said they would send the driver back out once another order was ready to be delivered.Got my money back and will never order from this domino's again!

s once again, a very hateful man. In the service industry, you did not treat people like he treated me, I was extremely nice. I even spoke to his boss the next day, and now his boss is supposed to be getting back with me, but they need to take him off the front lines, because Jared is just the rudest person I've ever met in my life and he should not be that Store Manager. He needs to be behind a desk because he cannot treat people nice at all. I've got my redelivery of that order this evening and I ordered one of their standard pasta so that way there was no editing this time, and none of their other sandwiches looked appealing, so I ordered cinnamon twist that were so dry. they snapped in half rather than be pulled apart like as they're supposed to be. After this weeks experience with Domino's I cannot say that I will be there any longer. I am heartbroken to say that, because I absolutely love Domino's more than all the other restaurant chains for pizza, but Jared's hatefulness is unusable, and he runs the store closest to my house, so there's no way I can change stores.

Ordered pizza from this location for the first time and I shouldn't have had the tracking up on their website. According to the tracking my pizza say there for over 90 minutes waiting to be delivered. The delivery time kept getting pushed back and by the time it arrived it was not fresh or good quality, and was cold. My second worst pizza experience of my life. Only pizza hut managed to beat this one years ago.Would not recommend ordering from this location. Will not be ordering from Domino's again.

Drove all the way down there to pick up my order and they won't take anything over a $20 dollar bill. Didn't bring all my stuff because I was just picking up pizza, wasted my time and gas. With this many options for pizza you guys really need to be pissing off customers like this?

Late night team crushed it. Pizzas we’re all amazing and they had a positive attitude upon delivery even though it was close to the store closing for the night once it was out of the oven. Thank you again!

I thought my premarvia was an appetizer there was so little product. We ordered Dr. Pepper and got Coke? I actually think they sent what they would drink instead of taking a order a first grader could get right. Unbelievable.
