This is my favorite Dunkin in Wichita. I always drive past ever other one to come here. The managers are super nice. Kris is very cool & friendly. The guy working the drive thru always had a smile on his face.
Good eats, good drinks, and familiar faces always make for a pleasant experience! the only thing I can think to suggest is maybe have the staff tone-down on openly being glued to their cellphones in front of customers? Just a thought!

Super busy Christmas Day, but they had forgotten our breakfast sandwiches which was a bummer. We eventually got them and they tasted pretty good. The donuts were alright, better than Krispy Kreme but not better than top pot donuts in Washington. The coffee had a bitter cheap taste to them as I expected, but made for cute photos. The best drink we had there had to be the blended coffee, which honestly tasted better than the Starbucks vanilla bean frappe.

I have visited several Dunkin In the Wichita area. But the 364 N. Rock Road store was rude. You have to tell them your there for a mobile order. Was given excuses and watch several customers taken care of that ordered after me both inside and drive thru. It is easy to say I will not return to this location.
Lori, Lauran, or Loura? I will never come to another Dunkin again if all your general managers are ANYTHING like her! The way she treats the customers and openly verbally abuses her crew in front of customers is not just disturbing, it's DISGUSTING! I just hope that the employees underneath her know THEY HAVE THE RIGHT NOT TO BE TREATED THAT WAY BY MANAGEMENT

Customer service is trash. I walked in the front door and they ignored me until i said something to one of them. My sandwich was burned and squished. And my tater tots were soggy. 0/10The only upside was that the store was clean.
