Went to this location that is out of my normal way. Ordered (2) iced coffees with cream and no sugar. 20 minutes later when I get home, these are a diabetic drink, tastes like they intentionally put triple sugar in them. I tried to call the location and they will not answer the phone. This time of day, they were dead, not another customer in sight.2-25-2024 3:15PM

Snacking bacon is gross. Manager was rude. Said it is on the sign inside and outside that they serve the bacon room temp. It's not on the inside sign, so I asked her how I would know that. She said it's on the outside sign. Again, ordering inside, i asked her how i would know that. She didn't respond and walked away. For fun, we checked the outside sign... It's not on there either. Tried to call to let rude manager know, and they don't answer the phone... ever. Would give NO stars if I could.

I have been here almost every week for the last few months and got 2 dozen donuts each visit. They are always fresh and the employees are always friendly. My experiences have been really good with them and I usually don't have to wait long.

I come here almost every morning, at first the service was absolutely amazing but since they have gotten new management and workers the past few months have been absolutely horrible!.. yesterday I was in and it wasn't very busy at all and I waited for 10 minutes at the counter, ( the manager and 2 other workers even looked at me and said nothing!) before anyone even acknowledged I was there then about 5 minutes later someone came and took my order!. Sometimes my drinks are not even made the way I ask to be made!.Then today I go through the driver thru and order a hot latte ( large) and it wasn't even all the way full!. ? But yet they want to charge you $6.00 for a latte they fill half way!. I have pictures of this but for some reason I can't post them!.I am about to be done as a customer and take my service somewhere else..

We’re visiting family and visit this location because there are few coffee options in a 3 mile radius. 8/10 times this location gets our order wrong: a large cup filled with 6oz coffee; added sugar syrup when we requested without; missing donuts; missing cream… the list goes on. They don’t even care either when we enter the store and nicely ask for a correction.

I've read some.of these reviews and can't believe some of it. But again I've also been in the drive thru line when it's been wrapped around the whole building and the inside of the store was packed full of people. I can say I have been to several locations in the Wichita area. This location is by far the best of all of them. The food quality, the coffee is always perfectly made, and the customer service even when yes they are slammed is superb! By 2ish they are usually pretty low on donuts but they don't mind telling you what's left. My only pet peeve and it's a peeve, is when they put the chocolate covered donuts in the bags upside down. Sometimes I can't get to mine until after I get the day going at work n all the chocolate is stuck to the bottom of the bag. That's literally the only "complaint" I have. Keep doing fantastic guys! I also work retail and some customers u just can't satisfy but yall are doing great! I moved further away and I'll still drive allll the way out of my way just to come to this location. I always place a mobile order 20 minutes before arrival and will still have to wait 10-15 minutes after you have to get staffs attention to get any kind of help. It seems it is their first day every day, staff have no idea what is going on, they loose receipts for orders or forgot to make the order, consistency with products is absent. I typically have to just drive to derby to get my dunkin fix, which sucks because this location is so close to my house. Nothing about this location is fast or accurate, no one wants to start their day with any of these inconveniences.

We picked up donuts for my son's 4th birthday. (October 19th) there was not a big selection at the time we went (roughly 10am). The lady helping us was so patient with my 4 year old picking out donuts one by one for his best friend. I did not get her name but she was great, wish I would of. She definitely deserves some brownie points. For donuts, if you are wanting a large amounts of a certain selection, I would recommend trying to order them in advance. Overall it was great.

Every time I do I am disappointed. I only go back because it’s on my side of town. They always get the order wrong, or the food or drink tastes terrible. It’s overpriced. I am finally going to stop going. If you go and they actually get your order right and it tastes good you got lucky.
