Ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo and ordered extra alfredo sauce. Got the food home and there was no sauce! Not on the meal or extra! Seriously, why would I order it with no sauce, and why would it cost $0.50 for subtracting it?Update: After going back, they apologized and asked what they could do to make it right. So they added the alfredo sauce to my meal and gave us a huge container of extra sauce. I hope they pay more attention to the order next time.
Customer service is very welcoming. Food gets out quick and hot. Salads are good as well. A great variety of Italian food is offered.

I made it online order for two family meals at this place 9:00 p.m. or some pick up time me and my granddaughter come and pick up the order and get home Alfredo sauce and all the other two sauces were half full in the containers not enough all the pasta Pisa was burnt lasagna was burnt The people was in the back just laughing away and still had to wait for bread as the lady told me while we when we came to pick the order up spent $90 and some change I mean this was a horrible experience and your employees in the backpack there just playing and laughing You're still my order was burnt fazoli should be ashamed of herself and you should at least give me half my money back I suggest to you people do not go to this place when you have people like that serve in your food any kind of way, this was on the 5th of April

Fast it is not. We ordered over twenty minutes ago and still haven’t received our food. There are only 4 tables so it isn’t because they are busy.
