Got their big steak and cheese sub and shared with my husband. The only thing I'd suggest is, not to spend the extra money for the garlic toasted bread, you really can't even taste it. The bread is already toasted with butter anyway.

Been a long run for the day, they're about to closed within 2 minutes but Kayden there offers to still help me out with the sandwiches I wanted. Very great ? services, highly recommended this place!!! Sandwiches was the bomb as well!!! ?

My husband and I were seriously disappointed in our sandwiches because they tasted more like mayo and mustard more than anything. There was not enough meat in mine. I would expect my sandwich to have meat from edge to edge but I got more bread than meat. I used to love firehouse but it's been a place I rarely visit now! I keep remembering how the sandwiches used to be and forgetting how bad they have been for a couple years now. My husband refuses to go anymore now. He had the same problem! Way to much condiments! Like enough that it would be double extra! The whole point of a firehouse sub is to taste that meat! I wish I could have a good ole sandwich and I love supporting our local fireman but I can't get my hubs to go anymore now! It's a waste of money and a disappointment. :( Please work on this.

The mobile app did not work for me and I had to order in the restaurant. The person taking my order did not look happy, I think she needed a nap ? The preparation was quick and the food sandwiches were delicious.

The service is great. However, the sandwich was lack luster. Bread was ok, but needed to be toasted, There was too much mayonnaise, and it didn't have much flavor. I like supporting our first responders but I think I'll stick with Jersey Mikes.
