On a recent business trip in Wichita e had to decide on dinner and it was a toss up but eventually we chose Forge. We arrived around 8PM and the place was empty. We knew it was getting late but their hours said they were open until 9PM.We grabbed a high top table and our server quickly took our drink request. We decided on appetizers when he came back we chose the Loaded Potato Croquette’s & the Firecracker Shrimp, both appetizers were excellent. I would recommend either of these! In my group of four, three of them selected the Tomahawk Steak. I was odd man out and I chose the Chicken Cordon Bleu. They called this jalapeño popper chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese, bacon lardons ( I had to look it up)Lardons are 1/4-inch thick pieces of bacon cut from a thick slab that are typically cooked until crisp. The breast is then coated in panko breadcrumbs and fried until crispy. It was served with a balsamic raspberry glaze, garlic mashed potatoes & carrots they were cooked until perfectly tender! My three counter parts had mixed feelings about the Tomahawk Steak. Although it was thoroughly enjoyed it was deemed pretty much an okay steak! Not sure of a future visit but it was enjoyed by all! No one opted for dessert, most likely since we were eating so late.

Forge ICT is a must try restaurant if you have not been here yet! Everything we tried was good: the crab cakes, pork tenderloin, ribeye steak, and tomahawk pork chop (our favorite). The seats fill up fast so making reservations wouldn’t be a bad idea. The staff is very friendly and professional. They kept our table clean, drinks filled, and checked on us periodically.Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed! Happy eating y’all!

Great food, sweet and savory. The crab cakes were wonderful, the salmon cooked just as requested and the mash potatoes were on point

The food was excellent. Highly recommend the loaded potato croquettes and pork tenderloin churrasco. The glazed carrots in particular were delightful. The portions are VERY generous, so keep that in mind when you order. We split the pork loin and still had leftovers to take home. We were just going to divide the meal ourselves at the table, but they offered to do it for us, so we figured, "Why not?" This service was an extra $4, which they could have been more up front about. I'd love to give Forge a 5-star rating, but their cocktails were very disappointing. We tried three different cocktails and they all tasted flavorless and watered down. I would stick to beer and wine in the future.

Went there for a birthday and the prices are just absolutely insane for the not so great food, if you can order it that is. I asked for three different dishes that night before I ended up on salad because they didn't have ingredients for the others. The caesar salad I ended up getting was SWIMMING in dressing. That was literally all I could taste. Adding chicken to it was FIFTEEN DOLLARS. Just to add chicken. So one salad with chicken and one entree and the bill ended up $77. Absolutely not worth it.That is all before our inattentive server who forgot about two of us. We were in a group of 6 and he took the others orders and just...didn't take ours. Never came by to check on the food after, just took 5/6 plates. Left one the entire time when the person was clearly done. THEN when it was time for us to pay, they added a 20% for a "Large party"...there is 6 of us. How is that a large party.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Forge ICT to anyone. No one in our party wanted to go back ever again, myself included.

WOW WOW WOW this place is absolutely amazing, went last week and the risotto, wedge salad, and salmon were the best I've had in Wichita.

We’ve heard so many good things about this spot so we decided to finally give it a try! Loved the atmosphere/vibe. Bright and cozy. We ordered the chicken marsala and the churrasco steak. Everything came out looking absolutely delicious and it did not disappoint! Both dishes were full of flavor. Portion sizes were perfect for the price. The reason I’m giving this four stars and not five is because I think the service could have been better. Our server didn’t really seem like he cared for us too much. Made his normal stops here and there, but very short and to the point. He could have been friendlier. Anyhow, we plan on visiting frequently and definitely interested in the lunch menu!

What an amazing meal!!! I can’t stop thinking about it. There were three of us dining and we all had different meals and all of them were delicious. You must try the Lemon 1/2 Chicken, Churrasco Steak and the Chicken Marsala. As we were walking out, another couple leaving at the same time asked if we tried the cheesecake; they said it was the best they have ever had. Next time we are getting the cheesecake!!! Service was great.

This is a very “undefined” restaurant. They should be a more casual dining, beer pub , something. Cause their “steakhouse” attempt is underwhelming. a $44 sirloin that was ice cold and with lots of periphery marbling is not prime . It was probably the worse streak including country-side outfits . Some other dishes line the lamb shank , scallops etc looked more promising. You also can’t have a steak type menus and not having coffee as a side note . We local crazy and love to support, but this is not forged in steel

My husband and I went here for dinner one night. I had never heard of it before but we wanted to try a new steak place and a local food review page on Facebook gave it a high recommendation. My steak dish was amazing. So much flavor. The glazed carrots were also so good. They had a seasonal pumpkin pie cheesecake that was delicious. My husband and I have probably just found our new favorite steakhouse. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The feel of the restaurant was cozy and open. The noise level was a little loud but it's a popular place so a lot of people were in there. They also have a full bar.
