I want to give a shoutout to Brad at Freddys on Amidon. He offers great service up front and then was in the back making our food and everything came out hot and fresh, just the way we ordered it. He was super friendly, definitely has a future in customer service/customer satisfaction. If his manager sees this, he deserves a raise!

I had been about a week ago in the early midday and there was a negative interaction with a worker yelling at another worker and barking orders and nothing was handled, nothing was said to solve this issue. it was extremely awkward and their management could be better. poor service, reprimand your employees when necessary, especially if they’re harassing somebody else.

Walked in and there were no clean tables. All the ketchup packs were covered in ketchup and sticky. Ordered my meal for dine in and they made it to go then dumped the frys into the basket and dropped my burger in the basket. Won’t be back to this location. They need to clean up the joint. Oh yeah. The Frys were cold and stale. ?

There dessert was really good the burger was a little dry never had a crunchy burger before but the chili dog was good and the girls taking the orders were nice I didn't like that I was able to buy an actual large cup with a root beer float then the next day they told me 2 sizes smàller was there large root beer float even though it was the same manager making the orders

This is the BEST Freddy's location EVER? All the employees are the absolute best. Bradley, Keith and all the other employees are all very kind! Didn't really seem busy, but took 27 minutes to get our two cheeseburgers. Empty tables were filthy, dining floor was filthy, kitchen floor was super filthy. Management needs to pay attention.
