Loved it when it was a top shelf fine dining restaurant. Now that it is changing to competitive casual dining, It isn't the same. Even some of the menu items are changing. Sometimes changes are good for the public and sometimes the changes are good for the corporation. Sometimes, it isn't favorable for the all the patrons, sometimes it is.

I went into greystone the other night and was warmly greeted. I enjoyed the atmosphere and privateness of the restaurant. The restaurant itself looked so clean and fancy. The food was top notch and their service was great! Highly recommend this spot for a nice dinner :)

Maybe the worst dining experience ever! Called ahead for seating 30 minutes out like they requested three days earlier. We got there 22 minutes after calling and they apologized but said it would be another 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I went back to the three hostess and they stood there and looked at each other and said they had no idea if or when we could have a table. Needless to say we left and will never be backI travel and eat out often and have never been totally blown off like this. There is no rating this low!
This place was awesome, the food came out and it was delicious! Staff was also great too!

Everything from the moment we walked in the door to the end of dinner was excellent. Our waitress, Cynthia, was fantastic and made sure we had exactly what we needed. The food and prices beat our expectations. The manager, Brie, even came by to make sure we were enjoying our meal. We will definitely be going back to Greystone soon.

My wife and I came here after an office party with my coworkers. We called ahead to see if we needed reservations to which we were greeted with pleasant customer service that made us feel welcome. When we arrived there was no wait and we sat down. Within a few minutes our server Kelsey came out. She was extremely professional and nice. Her customer service was a pleasant change from the strain of bad service my wife and I have been receiving. After making small talk with Kelsey she got our orders. Our drinks never ran dry and she was very consistent on checking in with us. Our food was unbelievable. My wife and I both had the rib eye steak. The meat was succulent and almost melted in your mouth, the baked potato was cooked to perfection with a crispy outer layer yet buttery soft interior. Kelsey was quite possibly the best server experience we have had in a very long time and highly recommend you ask for her when you come here. The food Is good, the staff is extremely pleasant and we felt welcomed the entire time. My wife and I both agree that we will make greystone our choice restaurant due to our lovely experiences we cannot wait to go back.

My husband and I celebrated our 16 anniversary here. When we walked in we were sat immediately. Our waitress came to take our drink orders, then the waiter came and took our order. We were not disappointed at all. The drinks were great, the food was perfect and the service was perfect. Thank you for helping us celebrate our day!
