The food does not look like the pictures on the menu board , the quantities are much smaller than pictured. And it matters who prepared the food as to how much you get. There needs to be a lot more training in the kitchenAlso to note that the workers seem to be more intrested in there phone than helping customers.

Had to wait over 20 minutes for two sandwiches and then when we asked for our sauces she told us to go back through drive thru because she didn't want to walk back outside to hand them to us all while there were 2 others cars waiting for there food tooEdit: just got home to cold sandwiches and fries when we're supposedly waiting for "fresh meat"

Hardees is in my top 3 for breakfast. A fresh made biscuit makes it all taste better. Fresh scrambled eggs too. I had the Platter with sausage, it came with a biscuit a bowl of gravy an order of hash browns 2 scrambled eggsand a sausage patty all for under$5! Hot fresh and delicious.

Literally awful. The drive through guy had us pull to the front of the store to wait for fresh fries. Okay yeah that's cool no problem! Except they gave us stale cold fries after the wait and both of the burgers we ordered were wrong. Half of the bottom bun was missing on one of the sandwiches as well.

I'm Daniel.. not Deonbrey. But my Door Dash order was cold. The Workers could've sent me hot food (Roast Beef, Ham n Cheese to Fries). Cinnamon Roll was hard. Food looked and felt like it's been sitting for an hour. They should've REFUNDED my money... just like Door Dash plan on doing. I know Hardee's is/like Carl's Jr in Las Vegas. ... but Vegas and Cali is better.

Went there tonight after a long day at work and ordered food for myself and 2 others and they charged me for all the food but did not give me a burger. I called but not worth the long drive back, my fault for not checking before I left.

Ordered chicken tenders. When I got home I discovered my wife's burger was correct but I recieved a ham sandwich in a chicken tenders box. Called store. Requested a refund for the chicken tenders but the refund was denied. Rudely told to drive the 20 minutes back in order to be given replacement food. My 1st and last time visiting Hardee's.
Messed up my order wasn't even a big order smfh lady at DRIVE THRU thanks for having me pull forward when I was the ONLY person at Hardy's and still fd up my order ? y'all keep up the good work

Couldn't hear the attendant in the drives. Had to wait 9 minutes for a ham sandwich and the attendant acted as if waiting on folks was super inconvenient. I swear if she could have thrown the bag through the drive window she would have. Normally, this location is Super friendly and a great experience.
