With all due respect, this place sucks. I waited at the host stand for 15 minutes before someone walked by and addressed me. I went in for an interview and Josh didn’t start my interview until 40 minutes after he scheduled it. Everybody there looks miserable and they forgot my orange juice today with my online order.

Our waitress was absolutely awesome!!!! she gets 5 stars. However the kitchen dropped the ball. When my first plate was brought to me, fried potatoes were hot, chicken fried steak cold, and over easy eggs were hard as hockey picks. Not much better the second time. The manager was rude when I asked for a meal compensation and was told "I'm sorry sir, we corrected your meal for you so you have too pay for it. "

On today's visit I got two blueberry pancakes and a side of hash browns. The hash browns were overcooked but edible, and the pancakes were alright but raw in the middle. The wait staff at this location is especially great. They made each visit personal and they treat strangers like old friends. Special shout out goes to the host. He was an elderly man who clearly loves his job and life. He gained this establishment an extra star. iHop is always just ok. Never amazing, but you get your food quick. I'm never wowed afterwards, but I do leave full.

I placed a carry out order for a birthday dinner for my daughter. The plan was to pick it up, then meet my family at home for dinner. It was a week night and my daughter wanted pancakes for her birthday. The staff, for whatever reason, handed my order to some random person who walked in. Then I was required to wait for forty five minutes, for them to remake my order after a bit of confusion. We ended up not being able to celebrate properly, as by the time I got home, it was already eight thirty and she goes to bed for school at 9. I contacted the guest relations department a couple of weeks ago, and still have yet to hear anything back. Rapidly declining business. Terrible service. Run by a staff more concerned with making after work plans. Save your money and time.
