Great to have Jamba again but no employees know the drinks the app says we don't have one and rewards programs don't work if the owner doesn't watch it they will go out of buiness like the last one. I’m from Orange County California and I definitely know Jamba. Been there since the beginning. Moved to Wichita three years ago, and then thrilled to find out a location was opening here. Ordered my usual drink that I would’ve gotten back at home. Immediately on the first sip, it tasted off. I thought maybe because it’s been a while I just forgot. Ordered strawberries, wild, and it tasted like orange juice. Eww! I don’t know what got made, but Never have I ever ordered a Jamba drink and gotten nauseated an hour after drinking it. I don’t think I can get myself to ever order one of their smoothies again. Tropical Smoothie never has ever made me sick. Not to mention the pretzel nuggets were great on top, but I got halfway through the cup and the bottom half they were all burnt. That’s nice putting the good ones on top but what the heck? Jamba is either not the same or this location is not. I am sticking with Tropical Smoothie. They really need to step it up on how they keep the ingredients and training for mixing those drinks. The one obvious point to that drink was it was not cold and tasted like it had the wrong mix ratio. Yuck!

If you are dumb enough to wait 30 minutes for burnt pretzel dogs and a mediocre smoothie, THIS IS YOUR PLACE.Cashier didn't say a single peep to us and was texting, freak outs in the back.Won't be long until this another Jamba juice tragedy

Ordered our food inside and everyone seemed to get their food in order when it came to our turn we were skipped waiting forever with two small kids inside. Finally I decided to go up and ask about my order and get an excuse about it. Girl goes and talks to somebody else and then they finally managed to get my order out. But it was not in a timely fashion and after waiting so long my pretzels were under cooked and doughy. And not even warm or fresh.
