Ordered online and supposed to pick up food at 120pm; got there and had to wait another 10 minutes; after mentioned lateness of order to employee she grabbed the sandwiches and threw them in a bag and never said a word..no thank you no apology; got home and sandwiches were not sliced through so had to tear bread apart.; very poor service

A couple days ago, There were 2 African-American girls, one has red hair, The other one is tall im not sure what their names are. they both had attitudes towards me when I was trying to order/ pay . instead of talking to me, they were talking to each other about drama/ fighting outside of work. I feel very disrespected. My food was not made correctly. usually everything goes by fine I was very disturbed by the conversation .

Understandabley bussy during lunch rush, employee said they're still working on order. After waiting 50 minutes from placing an online order I decided to take the liberty of finding my own order on the counter. Grabbed the chips and drink myself. It was literally sitting there for 15 minutes. Watched the register employee cough into her gloves, touch money, and continue touching everyone's sandwich with the same gloves. Worst location I've ever been to. Total disorganization and lack of cleanliness.

First time trying this location. When walking was greeted even though they were super busy. Asked for my name and let me know didn't have the bowls. They offered to refund our make a sandwich. Because they offered a gluten free bread I opted for the sandwich. They didn't charge me extra for this either. While waiting noticed this place was hopping. Employees were very efficient and polite to all the customers. Well definitely go back.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free bread, but I would definitely be aware there will be cross contamination due to kitchen being teeny tiny.

Absolutely love the Italian Sub. Mmmmm. The rosemary vinaigrette is so good. My son and best friend god the Chiken Bacon Sandwich they really enjoyed it as well. Thank you guys!!
Crowded busy! Sandwiches were not bad - bacon not good. 34.00 dollars for 2 regular Sandwiches n 2 pops n drink was about 12.00 higher then competitors.. gunna try again but modify what we oder to get a better price.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Arrived 5 minutes past the pick up time and was told they were finishing up my order. Then I waited 15 minutes and at that point they told me they were out of turkey (2 of our 3 sandwiches). They never apologized nor did they ever acknowledge my wait. My family didn’t want alternative sandwiches so I asked them to refund those two sandwiches which they did. Then I waited another 10 minutes for that single remaining sandwich to be made. Yes they were busy but never did they acknowledge my wait or their failure in communication. This is an ongoing problem at this location - we all need to stop going there. They are so busy that they clearly do not care about their customers.
