It was my first time there and I had the Salmon Poke Tacos (2). They came in a crispy wonton shell. (So Cute). I tried them with the seasoning sauce and Gyoza sauce they have sitting out on the table. I have to say it was delicious and I’ll be back again to try the rest of their yummy food. The server was so nice and told me that through the whole month of April, every Monday is happy hour all day. So, I will definitely be trying the food off the happy hour menu on Mondays through April.

Came in for the first time today. I'm Eastern Orthodox, so I can't have most meat/dairy during lent, though my sister still wanted to eat out. I saw this place on a vegan website and went for lunch there; let me just say it was phenomenal! So many vegan options, and it tasted great. My sister and I are chronic over-orderers when we go somewhere new. We each got two appetizers and an entrée and a couple of drinks. All of which was top tier.Skylar served us and he was the most amazing and chill server I've had in a long while. Never rushed, just the right timing, gave us time to look things over. NEVER LET HIM GO! Def gonna request him any time we come in, in the future!Vegetarian options: Not bland, actually has a great punch of flavor. Hard to find with some vegan options.Parking: Huge lot just across the street, plenty of space!

Had the “JINYA Tonkotsu Original 2010”. Was fantastic! Kinda a la carte on the toppings.Pork belly was tender and flavorful; egg was perfect, and broth was rich and savory! I’d recommend adding a few additional toppings like bok choy, brussel sprouts, or bean sprouts.

Dead serious, Skyler L. At Jin-Ya is sometimes the only reason I dine in and not carry out. His laid back customer service style is completely comfortable and informative as He never makes you feel rushed or like you aren’t his only priority. I’m sorry, if this company don’t have him as a staff trainer, they are nuts!! ?Vegetarian options: Saw some veggie options but I eat food that had parents, so it’s not my focus while dining.Dietary restrictions: Every ingredient is listed and well as a complete a la cart options and prices. One could completely customize their meal if they desire.Parking: Huge parking lot directly across from resturant, despite being downtown!! Big plus for me!!!Kid-friendliness: It’s family friendly however very much a hip adult vibe. My daughter adores the kids meal. Says it’s the best kids meal of any restaurant!!Wheelchair accessibility: My father is in a power chair and would have no issues getting in and being accommodated. (Restrooms as well)!

My wife won a gift card at a Business community event from Jinya. This was an advertising opportunity for Jinya and the gift card was provided by Jinya. When we went to pay and use this gift card, the server let us know there was no money ever put on the card. They did nothing to try and make this situation right. We paid for our meal, tipped out server, and left. We will never return. The food was good and our server was nice.

So this place was nice, a really cool atmosphere and vibe. They were short staffed because someone was sent home so it was a bit slow but honestly it was cool. The food was delicious, the lighting is nice, the tables are nice, just a good vibe overall. I had the Tonkotsu black ramen, the pork was rich, actually the entire bowl of ramen was rich and delicious! Also tried the tagoyaki, JINYA bun, and spicy creamy shrimp tempura. Those were all really good! I would definitely give this place a go!

The food was phenomenal and the staff were so very kind and attentive. I will absolutely be stopping here any time I am in town. If you have a negative experience at this place, as many have claimed to, you're likely the problem and would have the same bad experience wherever you go. ?

My family and I had the worst experience here. First off, I want to say I try not to judge people by their looks but if you're going to be a server at a relatively "fine dining" place you should really have all your teeth. Our waitress had no top teeth and it was honestly disgusting. Sorry to be rude. First, I ordered a moscato which took over 15 minutes to get and the restaurant/bar was not busy enough for it to take that long. Second, we ordered the kids dinner and the chicken came out extremely over seasoned, very crunchy but also very chewy at the same time. My son could not eat the chicken at all, he only ate the fries. So I asked if we could talk to a manger and get the kids meal taken off since he didn't eat it. The waitress said "sure, I'll go see what my manager says". Then we get our ramen, my partner and I ordered the same exact ramen bowl and got thick noodles instead of thin but my bowl came with thin. Our waitress came back over and said the kids meal can't be taken off since he ate it (which he didn't, only the fries) and then I told her about my bowl that was wrong and said nothing about that but proceeded to argue with me and accuse me of complaining to get free food. I said please leave and go get your manager. Another server came over and said our waitress was working on getting our food compt. I told him that I'd really like to talk to the manager after that incident. The manager took over 10 minutes to even come over, keep in mind the restaurant was not busy. After she finally came over I explained how rude and argumentative our waitress was and how she said nothing about my bowl that came out wrong and accused us of "only complaining to get free food". The manager walked away and then came back and said she could compt the kids dinner. I had to ask a 3rd time if I was going to be able to get the right bowl I ordered and she made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience that I asked for the food I ordered. She asked "what's wrong with the bowl in front of you", I explained that I didn't get the right noodles and she just looked at me like a deer in the headlights. After that I was completely fed up with the service from both management and the server, I was completely disappointed and honestly shocked that they had the nerve to talk to a costumer the way I was talked to. I will never suggest or recommend Jinya to anyone. Maybe if they weren't so rude and making false accusations I would have understood not taking the kids meal off but it's the fact the server immediately started arguing with me and telling me I'm only doing that for free food. I hope no one goes through the experience I went through when going to this horrible restaurant.
