Y'all need to cook your chicken sandwich longer and stop selling undercooked food! I don't care if the outside is brown. You're going to make people sick! And why is it smaller than ever before? KFC's sandwich is huge compared to yours. If I get sick I will be reporting this.

I had a safe option this time, I went with a chicken strip combo. The service is great here and the food is fast food without a doubt. Overall a good experience.

The male cashier at 6:14pm on 3-15-24 seemed like he hates his job. Even after his crazy attitude due to even placing an order I still said thank you with not even a you’re welcome. The food was good but his vibe was so off. He didn’t even care to fake it to make it.

Service was very slow.. Almost asked for my money back.. Next time, it's Popeyes. Some of the chicken tasted like it's been cooked a few hours earlier.. Drive thru seemed to take precedence over walk-in..

Everytime I eat here, either my chicken tenders or french fries are cold and old. Sitting in a warmer for a while and you can tell. And if you want chicken tenders and fries but no drink, still order a combo or they ring it in Al a carte and charge you $6 extra, it's ridiculous and makes no sense. Definitely request made to order or it's gonna be garbage.

I placed an order online, and it came to fifty-five dollars for everything I got. So I expected it to be a wait. About thirty minutes later, I get the notification on my phone that my order is ready to pick up in the quick line. So it takes about a little less than ten minutes to drive there. There is an older gentleman at the counter, and I tell him that I'm here to pick up an order. I give him my name because there is nothing in the quick pick-up area. And he just had this look on his face, and he went back, and I could very clearly hear him tell the guy who was cooking the chicken say that the lady's here to pick up her online order. I told you not to give her chicken away. And I could hear the guy saying well I wasn't making any more chicken, so we had to take hers because she wasn't here yet. I'm standing at the counter, while I can see everyone looking me way but not 1 person came back up to that counter to tell me anything other than the older gentleman who said, i'm so sorry ma'am it'll be another five minutes. While I stood there. I could hear them complaining about a person in the drive through complaining about the food that they had to cook and that it was gonna take them thirty minutes to cook chicken even though I could clearly see chicken there. So they told the drive thru people that they would have to wait thirty minutes, so they left. After standing there for about thirteen minutes, I finally got my food. So I made sure to check everything in the bag to make sure it was there, and it was. But then, of course, we walked out without our drink. But the fact that they didn't even give us the cup that we had clearly ordered with one of the meals. When we got home, everything tasted fine. But when you opened up the chicken bucket, the skin had been pulled off of most of the pieces of chicken. When I pulled into the parking lot. There was one car waiting to order and one couple sitting in the lobby. There was absolutely no excuse for this and the fact that no one bothered to say anything was ridiculous. I guess there is a reason why popeye's is always so busy but But KFC has an empty parking lot most of the time And the drive through never seems to have more than two people in it. I will not be going back to this particular location. And i'm not sure I'll go to another one.

Stopped on my way home and ordered 8 pieces of chicken only plus a side of coleslaw. The chicken was original and it was so tasty. The coleslaw I thought could have been sweeter but I understand it isn't freshly made like the old old days but still pretty food. The employees were very helpful as I am in a wheelchair it was nice they opened the door for me and helped carry my food to the car. The store was very nice and clean all over. It has an open concept and has plenty of room to set if you were to take a large party of people to lunch or supper. My only complaint is KFC thinks their chicken is dusted in gold and the price reflects it.Parking: I only seen one handycapped parking spot but there might have been another but a car was parked in it.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get to the door but i had to roll past it and turn around to open the door and the sidewalk could have been wider to give more room to turn around. Adequate.

The sides are terrible! Canned corn and green beans. Dry Mac and cheese and the coleslaw is so so. Seriously disappointing and why does the restaurant smell like sewage?

The place was so clean when I walked in there and it is a clock when I went in there p.m. on Saturday and I called ahead to see if they had any checking because the one on 47th St. didn’t have anything they didn’t really want to help me and the place is disgusting and they got a little irritated cause I need a 16 piece chicken. The one over here on Seneca the gentleman that’s the manager here was awesome. They were all awesome but the gentleman made me some chicken. It was ready when I got there and I got my chicken and left right away no hardly waiting. They were awesome specially him he was awesome and friendly everything I will always come here.
