The east Knolla's on Mon, 3/4/24 did not answer their phone nor take online orders although Yelp said they were open. I tried to call at 11:00am, 1:30pm, and at 4:00pm.

Delicious & fresh pizza, cheesy bread is very good. We took home some tiramisu and carrot cake and both were excellent. Friendly staff and clean place.

This place is amazing!!! Probably the best Pizza in Wichita, and fantastic service too! The people working were so nice, and the pizza was excellent! The banana's Foster cake was also amazing, I would recommend this place to anybody wanting pizza or a nice dessert! Beautiful view out the window too!

I have been eating here for years and have always gotten good pizza and 99% of the time good service. Except today. The gal that took my money acted like she didn’t give a darn about being here and was very unpleasant to me. She was wearing a pink sweater. Other than that I have no complaints.Parking: There would be plenty of parking here but I assume a lot of the time parking is taken by the people going to the bar.
Placed a medium size pickup order of 5 pizzas and a calzone and received our Coney Island, Alfredo, Taco, Buffalo Chicken, and Pepperoni New York style pizzas along with a Spinach and cheese calzone very nicely. We did order them somewhat special and they got most of the instructions correct. Asked for no lettuce on the Taco pizza but there was lettuce on it. We did ask for no celery on the buffalo chicken pizza and no mushrooms on the Alfredo pizza and those were correct. Didn't receive the Ranch dressing with the Buffalo Chicken pizza and the container with the taco sauce / salsa for the taco pizza was put in the box sideways so when they shut the box it cracked / opened the container so it was leaking on the edge of the pizza. The taco pizza came with a side of sour cream. The Buffalo Chicken pizza is good and I was confused about BBQ sauce as the base but it works. Not a typical buffalo chicken pizza like I find near home at Roosters which is the benchmark for Buffalo Chicken pizza. Be sure to get some Tiramisu, Salted Caramel Brownie, and / or other desserts too, delicious! We'll be ordering again. We spent about $10 per person.

Good food. There's a certain worker who's been there every time I've visited. Her attitude is disgusting. I've never experienced a more unpleasant customer service worker. She makes rude comments " there's such thing as a box"! I no longer want to come here anymore because of how disrespectful and appalling this woman's attitude is. Do better Knolla's!
