I ordered their Carne Asada fries which is fries topped with Carne asada, cheese, guacamole, and anything else you want on it. I got home and opened the box to find they had lined the Styrofoam container with paper. The food stuck to the paper. I tried to pick it all out but it was a lost cause. Lalo's was closed, so I took pictures of the mess so I could go the next day and get a refund or replacement meal. It was 6pm or so. There were no customers inside or at the drive thru. They were aware of my presence but didnt even acknowledge me for several minutes.Finally a girl walked up to wait on me. After explaining and showing the pictures, I was told no on a refund because I didn't bring the food back. I explained they were already closed, and didn't see why it was necessary with pictures clearly showing the mess. I was told only the day manager could talk to me about a possible refund and I would have to come between 9 and 2pm. I live and work clear across town so that was not an option for me until after 5pm. i asked her to write down their number and the managers name, but she just stood there like i said nothing. There should always be someone on staff that can make a very simple decision to replace bad food when there is an obvious reason to. I'm probably not going back.

This was the worst food I’ve ever had, we did delivery and when we opened the boxes, the guacamole was brown and liquidy and very plain. The tamales were awful and were dry and flavorless. The rice and beans were also just super dry.

You know I deliver this for door dash a lot . So I decided to try it and must say YUMMY!!!!!!!
Food was super soggy. I ordered a melon drink and received something white instead. $50 for soggy food and the wrong drink.

Everything I've tried here is great with the exception of the carne asada. Way too much gristle to enjoy the burrito or the nachos. Stick with chicken or carnitas (pork) and you'll love it here. Decent prices and large portions, I definitely recommend Lalos!
