We impulsively went here and was VERY impressed by the fast and friendly service, the DELICIOUS burrito, and how CHEAP it was! Wow!

Food was sloppy, soggy, and gross. They put four styrofoam to-go boxes, a burrito, and a quesadilla in one plastic bag. Way too much weight stacked. The food was spilled out everywhere and looked like it went through a spin cycle. Should've ordered roadrunner or lalos, but wanted to give someone else a shot. This was awful. This was like someone delusional thought they could do it better. It's far from good or even comparable to other similar style restaurants. Won't go back. Heck they even messed up on a simple texano burrito. It was just potatoes and gross chicken rolled into a non authentic grocery store tasting tortilla.

Went for some tacos and ordered them to go. Asked for cilantro only. Got my food, got home and didn’t get what I asked for. Had a mountain of onion on each taco. Shame on me for not checking my order before I left. Gave them the benefit of the doubt they would get the order correct. Who needs this much onion? Tacos were good, just wish I hadn’t got more onion than meat.

This spot is a hit or miss. Don’t order Togo if you want a complete and accurate order.When I called to ask about my missing items, the lady asked if I would be willing to come back so she can refund and repay for my order. I have 3 kids and couldn’t leave the house. The manager was too busy to talk to me or resolve any issues

Went through the drive thru and ordered a #13 with extra rice and no beans. When I got to the window the girl had less than stellar customer service skills but asked what sauce I'd like, if any. I advised I'd like green sauce. She handed me my bag and I said Thank you and she just shut the window. I get home and I have beans, a side of rice and NO green sauce. If I'm ever super hungover I might go back for the food but they DEF need some customer service skills training.
I scheduled for a time frame pick up. Got there around 12:05 to pick up my scheduled order (12:05 to 12:10 was the time frame for pick up). Ended up waiting my entire lunch break (which is only 30min and the reseason i decided to do a SCHEDULED pick up) to get my food. Doesnt help the people who had just ordered their food recieved it in 10minutes. Got the steak breakfast burrito and tres leches cake. The burrito was alright (personally too much butter for me otherwise it was alright.) The cake was bad, extremely dry. Not mad just irrated by the long wait that was supposed to be a scheduled not an additional 30minute wait.
