We went here in March in the evening for a birthday and there were 6 of us and there wasn't that many people in the place so we got seated quickly; the menu leaves little to the waitress to describe on and nothing for us to be interested in cause it just lists ingredients I didn't care much for the food nor the drinks that my group ordered cause it was over complicated and all the dishes were way too familiar on flavor and appearances are unorthodox Worst thing is that it took half an hour and food came cold somehow

I really like the downtown location and the open design of the restaurant, with a wall of windows giving it an open air feel. Our waiter was very nice and helpful when we asked questions about the menu and the building and rooftop garden. Our food was excellent. The menu reminded me of the type of offerings you find in larger, more culinary forward cities. The brioche bread was unique and delicious. So glad to have this caliber of restaurant in Wichita!

My wife and I tried Lotte and was very happy with our choices. We could only sit at the bar. Lauren was very helpful explaining menu which had dishes we weren't sure what they were. We had the chicken and lamb dish and tuna appetizer. Excellent!! Just ask questions. We will be going back. Bob Cunningham

Restaurant inside was very entertaining, food was amazing, all staff there made it super enjoyable! Tuna crudo was so good! Brioche was amazing, our main dishes were superb! And dessert was absolutely a show stealer! Lady thyme was an awesome drink as well! Can’t wait to come back!

If you’re reading this and it’s before the end of March 2024, ✨S P R I N T✨ to this restaurant to make sure you don’t miss out on these amazing flavors. My husband and I went out for our 5 year anniversary & to sample a new (to us) restaurant. He started off with a Smokey Harvest Cider (Mezcal, Apple Cider, Allspice, Cinnamon). Mezcal is one of those flavors that is an acquired taste, but it was so good I would have been willing to drink it! I ordered the Honey + Fig Smash (Prosecco, Elderflower, Fig,Nectarine) and I could have sworn the drink got sweeter as I continued to drink it. It was divine! For appetizers, we ordered the Tuna Crudo (Scallion Pancake, SrirachaVinaigrette, Spicy Peanuts, Lime,Cilantro) and Parnsip Bisque (Apple Mustarda, Brown Butter,Hazelnut). Husband says that if he could have gotten two portions, he would have been happier than a fat kid in a candy store. He is hopeful that this particular item stays on the menu a smidge longer. I was very impressed with the bisque. I had never had anything like it and it was surprisingly sweet in a way I wasn’t anticipating. The flavors melded delightfully. Our entrees were the Lamb Orecchiette (Merguez Sausage, Broccolini, Feta, Aleppo, Chile Oil) & Pan-Seared Scallops (Harissa, Couscous Self, Saffron Chutney, Labneh, Mint, MarconaAlmonds). Scallops were cooked to PERFECTION! The labneh and saffron chutney offered such a delightful blend of flavor. And the Orecchiette? I don’t know who to thank first. The chef that featured it on the menu or the fine individual who I was blessed enough to have cook it tonight. Either way it was a magical experience that I kept coming back too. My husband is very lucky he tried his bite when he did. I kept going back to the bowl, trying to get every last bite. For dessert, we managed to find space in our second stomach (the famed dessert stomach) to order Tropical Tres Leches (Passionfruit Curd, Mango,Coconut, Buñuelo) and "Ras Malai" Cheesecake (Pistachio, Almond Brittle,Apricot Chutney). While my husband truly enjoyed the cheesecake, he is disappointed that did not also order the Tres Leches. Light and tropical flavors danced on the tongue and I was very thankful the portion was as generous as it was. I can honestly say this was the best dining experience I’ve had the pleasure of participating in here in Wichita. I’m a little hesitant to try their next menu in all honesty, because that means these options won’t be available again. But I truly doubt there will be a subpar plate that comes from this kitchen. 10/10 would recommend!!!

We love the atmosphere, location, and all the food we ordered was excellent, good portions for a fine dining experience and price. Best tres leches of our lives. Looking forward to a changing menu.....The server was good except she carded 40+ year olds who look our age, and wasn't going to give a drink to one of us who didn't have a card (found a pic of her DL on her phone which was deemed acceptable)....so our tip to you is...make sure to bring your DL even if you are well over 40 !! ?

Best food I've ever had in a restaurant in wichita. There are not enough descriptive words to express just how delicious, sensational and satisfying the food is here. The waiter was so helpful with the entire menu. The entire staff was welcoming and warm. Atmosphere was cozy yet elegant and I love that you don't really "feel" like you're in downtown wichita. I hope this place never closes!!! Thank you for opening this wonderful establishment and serving such delicatible food.

If you took the best staff from the best restaurants and brought them to a single location, and gave them the freedom to express themselves well then you’d have LOTTE. Fabulous experience from beginning to end. The food was exceptional, there are a few items that you can judge a restaurant by one being risotto, mushrooms, taste like steak. The mixologist is incredible Highly recommend libations, including the whispering Palm A wonderful mix of Bourbon, Chamomile, Pineapple. I can’t wait to go back to be honest. do yourself a favor make reservations. This is an experience, so make sure that you have time to enjoy it.

My husband and I are foodies so definitely thought this place would be right up our alley. Overall, it was enjoyable and everything was good. It was not like knock it out of the park wow that the reviews made it seem like it would be. It was not the most memorable meal I've had by a longshot, but nothing was bad. I thought the dessert was a little too sugary. There just was not a depth of flavor, just kind of one note on the sugar content. Maybe other flavors were too subtle and were overpowered by the sweetness. We went a couple months ago so I'm struggling to remember what exactly we had. I do recall getting the truffle chicken. I just know when we left we both felt it was fine/above average and would try again when the menu changes. So we are probably due for another visit.Other comments, the glass of wine I had was just ok. It tasted like it had been opened for a couple days. They were out of the wine I initially wanted. It was very cold inside. People, especially the women, were all still wearing their coats.

You will not regret dining here. Everything was phenomenal. The energy of the place was warm and upbeat. It was elegant without being pretentious.I had the pleasure of trying the Tuna Crudo, which should be renamed Tuna CrudOMG. I could eat that all day everyday. Executive chef and owner, Josh Rathbun, has hit it out of the park. I will be coming back, and I will be bringing more people with me.

We had been waiting for an opportunity to try Lottē since it opened and we finally got it. We can’t say enough good about our experience tonight! The service was impeccable and we really appreciated that Aaron suggested dishes that are tasty rather than the most expensive thing on the menu, like so many do. We started with the Brioche, which was melt in your mouth delicious. I had the Bone Marrow Agnolotti, at Aaron’s suggestion, and it was an absolute flavor explosion in my mouth. So so good! My husband had the Grilled Bavette Steak and he ate every bit and continually commented about how delicious it was. Now, we want to go back and try everything on the menu. The food is beautiful, flavorful and served extremely well. Congrats to Chef Rathbun and staff for a classy new destination dining experience!

Wow! I didn’t think food like this was possible on this side of the Atlantic. Never mind Kansas. Flavours explode in your mouth and portions to enjoy. Came here twice in 2 days ?

Incredibly pleasant surprise to find an excellent selection of vegan entrees, appetizers, and a great dessert, all of which were delicious! Much, much less excited to see a menu refresh with absolutely zero vegan items a week later. I really thought we'd found a great new restaurant to recommend. Disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Had vegan options which were exemplary. Then, suddenly, they didn't.
