I placed a large order of bierocks for my family and it was easy to call my large order in to be picked up in a few days. Employees were great & food was ready for me when I came to pick it up. Everyone loved the bierocks, we had them in the refrigerator & ate them throughout the weekend. I was able to get some vegetarian bierocks since I had placed my order in advance & they were great.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian bierocks are great but must be ordered a day or two in advance because they do not keep them ready.

I’m new to Kansas and have never had a bierock before so I looked at reviews and decided to go here. Service was painfully slow and the restaurant is absolutely filthy (it’s only drive through; I didn’t know that so I tried to walk inside and all doors are locked and blocked by trash and junk. It literally looks like an episode of Hoarders). The staff I interacted with appeared unkempt and distracted by the small children running around the place. The bierock was huge, bland and dry, and hard to actually enjoy as I was just thinking about the lack of cleanliness and worried I’d get sick. 0/10 will not be back, and will not try a bierock again.

Amazing! Just as I remember them! We used to order bieroks from here when working at my parents’ shop back in late 70s early 80s. We’re in town from Austin, TX for a family gathering and was pleasantly surprised they were still open. Soooo good and great value!

I called to place an order and the woman that answered the phone was very rude and asked me "what do you want" After deciding I wasn't going to order there and that I would go out west, I decided to call back and talk to the manager to make a complaint about the woman who answered the phone. When I got handed to the manager she was on her cell phone disputing card transactions on her PERSONAL account and wouldn't talk to me. I had to talk loudly into the phone to get her to respond. When I told her about the rudeness of her employee she brushed it off and was as equally rude as the woman I first talked to. I will NEVER go to this place. The people out on West 13th were very nice when I called and their selection is twice as big. Chicken, Philly, ham, original etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Went there today for the first time, used the drive thru service, it was fast and friendly. The bierocks were amazing. With everything shrinking these days I was very surprised at the size of these things.You guys just turned me into a repeat offender. ? See you next time. ?
