*Edit now that I'm on the computer:I'm a door dasher. I walk in and say the order name for door dash. They say "ok, should be around 6 minutes".15 minutes goes by and I ask nicely "Do you know how much longer it might be?" Lady with blue hair says "a few more mins". I ask "like 2 minutes?" She say's "No, I said a few minutes" in an annoyed tone. I ask "How long is a few minutes to you?" And she ignores me. I say "hello?" Still ignoring me. I say "my customer needs to know" still ignoring me. I unassigned the order because I have no idea how long this large order is going to take. To her, 5 - 10 minutes could be a few minutes.If they just straight up told me it would be about 20 minutes, it would have been fine and I would have let the customer know.Terrible attitude problem. It was just a question.

A good westside pizza offered up at Central and Sheridan. There is some value offered here for pizza lovers, whether if it’s with online ordering specials or coupons attached to pizzas for your next visit, good prices are available for some easy meals on the go. In recent visits, I’ve had some decent carryouts from this location, including for some quality cheesy bread and a creative but soggy heart-shaped pizza. Staff is on top of things these days and make it a breeze to swing by for every pickup. I can’t rate this place as the top pizza of Wichita due to the greasiness, which can be very bad at times, but for what you pay and with a dependable crew, this Marco’s is worth a shot for carryout or delivery. I give it a solid recommendation for anybody on the west side of Wichita.
Got a pepperoni magnifico and a Greek salad both are delicious...service was great we were outside of delivery zone and still decided to serve us... Driver :315278 M T was very quick and professional overall great service and as our first time trying Marcos we will definitely be go

This is the MARCOS on Zoo Blvd and Central.... I called on Friday Jan 12th it was like 10:30 at night. First I love Marco's Pizza the pizza is GREAT AND THE SIZE IS ALSO GREAT FOR THE PRICE ! because you can call directly and talk to them DIRECTLY and get a delivery you don't have to get a call center or get doordash the guy I was talking to was kind of new and I had quest.. and he done such a good job about finding out the answer 4 me he didn't sit there & say "I don't know I don't know" he told me to hang on for a brief 2nd & he had my answer he was just a really really good person and I just want to acknowledge I did not catch his name but he was working Friday night January 12th and he was kind of new and he was awesome and I just wanted to let everybody know that and so if a manager should read this please find out who that was and acknowledge the fact that he was excellent on the phone taking my order!! AWESOMENESS!!

I love marcos but every-time i order online for delivery there is items missing. Today half my order was missing and after calling twice the second part of my order was delivered over 40min after the first part and I was not offered nothing, not even a sorry after they made the mistake. Ridiculous.

I ordered online , which wasn't really difficult but the options weren't really very good not enough options I suppose. They were supposed to bring my order out to the car when we got there, waited for 10-16minutes and had to go inside to get it, and they had plenty of people to bring it outside.
