The night shift lady manager closes the store from 2:30 to 4:30. We've caught her giving us really cold food and then proceeding to tell us that a triple cheeseburger doesn't come in a meal. Or that it's not on the menu. Will charge thing that should be in combos separately. Which is more money.

Why doesn't McD fix their app? If you choose a deal or reward item but then change your mind, the app makes you wait 15 minutes before using the app again even though you didn't purchase anything. Come on now, in 2024, that's the best computer technology available? This is frustrating, and I can't see why this issue hasn't already been addressed and fixed to promote customer satisfaction!

I was convinced to go because of a deal offered on the app. Drive-up line was packed so I went inside to redeem. Multiple attempts to redeem at the register and a manager brought over. Told I’d have to wait 12 minutes to redeem the offer or pay more without the offer. No recovery given for the inconvenience. Left without food.
