The red velvet cake was phenomenal and thank you for the last minute decorating of the cake. It was so moist and just great tasting. We'll definitely be back to taste all the other flavors.

I sent my niece and nephew in to get my order I placed online. They come back with half the order so I send them back in to get the rest. I'm not sure why it wasn't ready to go especially since they called me 10 minutes prior to come get it. I payed extra for a message card I didn't get . After all that I won't be back.

We had placed an order for several cakes in December with a variety of flavors from the full size to the buntinis. Everyone one of them were delicious! We experienced very polite service, and I appreciate how they packaged them to arrive in perfect condition!

I just want to give a big shout out and THANK YOU to Dylan at Wichita NBC. We had a horrible winter storm today. The store closed and I had 2 Birthday cakes on order. It's my youngest daughters 18th and my grandsons 1st birthday today.
Dylan called to see if I "needed" the cakes today. When I told him yes that it was a special day, he drove from his home in Whitewater all the way to the store to make sure my cakes were ready and even brought them out to the car.
This is kindness and dedication at its finest.

customer service is awful! if dylan is a manager then that is a very bad representation for Nothing Bundt Cakes in wichita. zero customer service training apparently so might reconsider your choice of bakery.

Went in today to pick up my birthday Bundtlet. I chose Red Velvet. It was moist and delicious. I even shared a few bites. I'm sure we will be back for more cakes. Very nice people.

Love this place! A small store but tons of choices for Bundt cakes and they are delicious!! The staff was also very friendly and helpful!

I was given a Nothing Bundt Cakes gift card for my birthday, and I decided to go to Nothing Bundt Cakes to try their gluten free chocolate chip bundtlets. I ordered three, but there was only two available. So, I ordered two gluten free chocolate chip bundtlets and one strawberries and cream cheese bundlet. I handed the cashier my gift card. She swiped it once and an unable to read error was displayed on the screen. She handed the gift card back and told me there was nothing on the card. I explained to her that there is about $12 on the card. I ended up having to use my credit card for the purchase. I later checked the gift card balance online and there was $11.05 on the gift card. I'm not sure if the young lady was new and didn't know what she was doing. However, I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. The bundtlets were okay. I had to remove the icing. It was too sweet for me. I like the bunditinis better than the bundtlets.
Normally I would love to write a good review but today I was sadly disappointed. The cakes are good however I was frustrated with the customer service. We arrived at 6:20pm and wanted to order a variety of bundtinis. We were told they were no longer icing cakes and could not prepare what we wanted. So disappointed we just order an individual that was already prepped. The ladies that walked in behind me ordered a dozen and selected their flavors on the spot at which time the employee gladly went back and prepared theirs (it was not pre ordered). Just seems like I got an employee not willing to work tonight….

Nothing Bundt Closed. They have great desserts but close way too early. I feel like this would be a great spot after dinner at the multiple restaurants near by, but they close too early. Maybe look into being open later, 9pm?
