In town visiting, customer service from the girl with the bunny ears in lights, hands down great! I was hungry but not really, I had the Mac & Chz balls...yum and filling, guy friend steak and loaded potatoes...yum again! So go and visit them ask for BUNNY EARS! The service was amazing and food plus drinks so good!

Everything took a long time even though the restaurant was mostly emptywhile the waitress was very nice she was also very slow , took about 40 minutes for a NY strip and 5 minutes for some napkins.very disappointing

Husband and I had date night July 1, 2022. We went by outback then I doubled back to try it. Had not been to one in 7 years and it left us with a bad taste. The one at Ridge was fantastic, awesome and the Servicer was all the above his name was Seth. The food and ice tea was so good. We will be back again. Thanks for making date night great.

First of all, our server's name was Alex, best server we've had in a long long time, she took our orders and then repeated them to us to verify what we wanted. She was very curious and made sure we had full drink glasses and asked if the food was what we ordered. Kept the bread plate full, I'll ask for her again when we go back. Oh yes, also the food was wonderful. My compliments to the chef's.

Today I was very disappointed in them. Restroom was dirty, paper towels all over and stool was full of paper. My menu had sticky food in it. The coasters were stuck together with food also. My ribeye was more fat than meat. Our waiter was great and salad also. I've never been disappointed in Outback until today. There fore my 4 stars fell to 2.

This location is CLOSED!!! Unbelievable that an Outback in any city is closed.. but, they obviously couldn’t make it.. what a disappointment.. no longer open.. they are closed

Prime rib was very good. They have a very good Caesar salad. One of the best dirty martinis I have had. Service was very good. Only complaint I would have was the bathroom was very dirty and messy. Paper towels thrown all over.

I’ve been a regular customer to this location for a few years now because I love the food. Never thought anything significant about the staff, until I met Malik last night . Wow! What a well rounded young man. Genuinely the best service i have received anywhere. I think the other servers could learn a few things from this kid. Their would probably be some improvement with the staff if he trained them. You should be proud he’s on your team!
This is the second time they have forgetten some of my food the first time it was a steak this time a bake potato and these french fries are terrible

First visit to Outback after a hiatus as the restaurant showed a long slow steady decline. Considerably improved over last few visits. Dining room was very clean. Booth comfy but backrest set close to table. Server was outstanding. We both tried the prime rib.French onion soup appetizer was very good with conventional but interesting seasoning.My regular version of the prime rib was good. Flavor was good but rub adhering on exterior was very peppery and burned a bit. Prime rib is a fatty cut but my portion was very fatty and had almost no marbling. It was badly undercooked, too, I'd ordered medium but it was served on the rare side of medium-rare.My date ordered the more highly seasoned version. She reported the seasoning to be too strong for her taste and that deposits of rub at edges of her slice burned her mouth. She couldn't finish it. Her serving was cooked as requested.Overall this was a tasty meal marred by excessive seasoning and an only middling grade of beef. Outback leans towards boldly seasoned beef but this was a bit too much for both of us despite the underlying flavor being really good.

This was a terrific visit! We came here after we had just gotten married and my wife and I were just thrilled with Thomas’ considerate service. He was very quick to offer upstanding service. This is someone anyone would be honored to have representing their restaurant!

Fantastic service and food. Wonderful experience!! The porterhouse steak was perfect. The prime rib was delicious. Sides and drinks were top notch.
