Food was very delicious plenty of options loved it. Service was alright. I was waiting 15 mins for a to go box and never got it. The employees have strong accents and are hard to understand. Very loud and crowded.

We ordered take-out food from Panda Express on north Maize Road Saturday night. We both had the Angus steak with vegetables, which we often get. It typically has seared steak, but tonight the beef was as though it was boiled and didn't taste very good. Is this how we should expect it to taste going forward, or did you have an inexperienced cook tonight? Thanks.

I ordered online for 4 people and my son drove 25 minutes into the Panda Express on Maize Rd to pick up our food. It was supposed to be done by 6:45. My son arrived at 6:54 and was told the food had been picked up. He said we hadn't picked it up, so my daughter called and they said it had been stolen and left my son standing there with no resolution and no food that we had already paid for. At 7:05, a person walked in that had been given our food by them. She had driven 6 miles home before realizing it wasn't her food. She brought it back and instead of remaking our food, Panda Express took the bag from the woman and handed it to my son. I CAN'T believe they would do that! I don't care if they thought the bag hadn't been open or not!! That's ridiculous!Once my son got the food home, of course it was completely cold, as it was done at 6:28. My daughter had ordered the beef & broccoli. It was filled with broccoli and only 2 SMALL pieces of beef. She called and complained and was offered only one entree for restitution!

If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would. I have been a big fan of Panda. I have always enjoyed the food and been a loyal customer. However, today I found a black long thick hair in my food. I did not notice this till I drove home (live about 3 miles away btw). I was disappointed but mistakes happen. I thought I would just call them up and report it. Maybe I could receive a refund. They suggested replacing my meal but at this point my appetite was lost. I was disgusted over the hair at this point and no longer wanted to eat from Panda at least for today. So I suggested a refund and then they agreed they would do it if I brought the food back with my card and receipt. I drove about 3 miles back just for them to open the food in front of me as if I was lying. Then they refunded me in cash, not credit. They didn’t refund me for the full price because I already started drinking my drink which is ridiculous. This is their mistake and I drove back with my car over their mistake. Wasting gas money on their mistake. Who cares if I had already started drinking the drink? It’s their fault. I am beyond pissed. This location has lost a costumer.

This is part of a series of reviews i'm doing to find the best Crab Rangoon place.The issue this place has is the low amount of choices of meals to choose compared to a normal chinese restaurants.I ended up getting the Beijing Beef with Chow MeinBeijing Beef - 4.5/5, This was amazingly crispy and tasty. I'm going to be getting this every time I come here. / After having it again I find it,s still good, It's just not worth coming here everytime I want to get some food.Chow Mein - 5/5, This is the peak of what a side noodle dish should be from a chinese place.Crab rangoon - 3.5/5, Mine were not fully crispy on the bottom, otherwise fine shape and filling was enough, the flavor was lacking though, it was a bit bland.

Pros: the food was very tasty and fresh. The staff were friendly. I thought the staff seemed to enjoy each other. Happy staff make a huge difference in the dining experience IMO! Everyone seemed to be working really diligently and having great attitudes. Cons: there aren't any knives. I legit struggle to eat without a knife my teriyaki chicken was not cut into bite size, and some of the pieces of orange chicken were bigger than bite size. It sounds really silly, but it really made eating this less enjoyable. The teriyaki chicken had some fatty pieces (which is expected since it's chicken thighs), but not having a knife to cut around it was torture for me lol. And my only other gripe.... Is the water cups. They are tiny. I had to get up like 4 times to get more water. PLEASEEEEEE get bigger water cups But yes i panda and I see consistency across the locations when it comes to quality of food, staff, and atmosphere. *mic drop*

My first time to go "inside" Previously I was a drive thru customer only. Went with a friend. It was Quiet inside. We could visit and THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!Parking: Doorside parking!

The food was terrible. I didn't think it had been sitting out too long and they didn't have everything that we needed. Also, he missed price the pop which was in a bottle and we got charged for water. There's a lot of issues I would never recommend this place.

The older you get you expect service to slip in the fast food industry. the area. But when I was making my order there. The guy asked me what the first thing I wanted was the rice or the noodles. And we got that in the next thing I know is he's got. It says just 1 minute because he's got a phone call on his cell phone. Someone else came over and completed the order . won't be going back there. I can accept halfway decent food. But I can't accept that bad of service.

Ordered a family meal. There was no more honey walnut shrimp. I asked how long and a rude lady responded 'a long time '. I then asked "how long?" She responded telling me 8-10 minutes. I told her that was fine, however she seemed to have a problem with it. Once we received our shrimp it was absolutely disgusting (generally my favorite). It tasted like dirty oil or burnt. No honey or walnut taste. We paid extra for the shrimp to be added to our meal, but it wasn't edible. We returned it and of course it was a problem with that same employee. Then my husband went to eat his egg roll (burnt) and same nasty taste as the shrimp. Not sure if this is a cleanliness issue or what but this trip may have ruined the chances of us ever returning.
