To the cash register girl with black and blue pigtails….I don’t think customer service is your calling. I’m hoping someone isn’t forcing you to work, because you can tell you didn’t want to be there. Suuuuuuch an attitude with snappy remarks when we had a couple questions about the menu. I’d say that working in the back would be better suited for you, but with the way everyone could hear you talk to, who I assume was one of your family members or friends at the cash register, it sounds like you really hate customers in general. I’m not sure I’d trust you with my food either. I hope you find a job you enjoy. Or maybe take some acting classes to at least look like you do.

Order broccoli cheddar soup and it wasn't hot barely warm..barely any coffee.. and we walked in at 9:45 am..Also order breakfast sandwiches..does where great ..this is the second time I stop in ..compare to the first time this time was disappointing

Update???I got sick for 4 days. I contacted customer service. They asked which location, card used, amount spent...etc. I gave them the info. A few days go by and I get an email asking how my experience was with customer service... HORRIBLE! They ghosted me.Tomorrow I call Corporate.Original:1st! I love Panera. But holy cow, this place is horrible. DIL in the hospital with high risk birth so we stayed close. My soup was room temp, bread was fridge cold, no tomato on my sand. When I went to request tomato, no eye contact. Husband had Caesar salad. Out of Parm, offered to sub mozz, then charged us for it. He said the grocery store has better premade salads. 10 feet away from us there was a guy shaking trash bags from cleaning the bathroom, a girl vacuuming and another guy gaming on his laptop. But the bag of kettle chips, ? Next time it will be a 3 day old roller hot dog at a gas station! I still love Panera, but have NEVER been to one this awful and hope to never again. -20+ years food service/mgmt exp.

It's a pretty standard Panera with standard Panera food. I like the Mediterranean salad and many of the soups. The tea/juice/lemonade selection is quite nice and free with any drink purchase. Service here is very good and it is usually quite clean. But the food is definitely overpriced for what you get.Vegetarian options: The Mediterranean veggie sandwich isn't bad, it's just a little sweet for me. Vegan options are usually not great but you can get a decent vegan soup here and there and some of the breads are vegan. I like their vegetable cream cheese.

This may surprise some, but the Panera at Central and Hillside is AMAZING!!! Specifically, the cashier and Jeff were, and always are, so friendly and professional. This Panera always serves excellent food. This Panera sets the example of how a restaurant should be. You'd truly be missing out if you miss this Panera based on the other Paneras in Wichita. It'd be understandable but still a HUGE mistake.

Bread wasn’t wrapped and was not informed you had to specify on whether or not bread needed to be wrapped??? It’s flu season and I had multiple orders for Co Workers in one bag and I had to dig in my bag with a tissue to separate our orders that’s some unsanitary mess. The spoons are sharp and cut ur lip up just fyi!

Panera always has the nastiest coffee. It's 30 degrees outside and they have the ac on. Staff attitudes are cold too.

Clean environment, plenty of healthy food options. I love their subscription plan where you pay about $11 per month (even less with their $99 annual plan) and get all the coffees, iced tea, sodas, etc. and after just five visits, you get a freebie, usually a bagel or a cookie. What’s not to love?Kid-friendliness: Kids love their Mac & cheese.
