picked up food thru the drive thru and it was honestly terrible. my “whole” salad was barley half full, same with the “2” chicken, it felt like one order of chicken and a half salad. mac and cheese was definitely old because the cheese was not liquidy at all. honestly worse than a middle school lunch especially considering it was more than 30$ for the order

I just waited 34 minutes in the drive-thru for a mac and a flatbread. Employee at the window acted like it was normal; moved slowly, no apology for wait time, or even an expectation of how much longer I had to wait. I recommend making the drive to another Panera that is managed better.

I’ve only heard about this place from the Show “BigMouth” …there ain’t no magicians but that bread is so magically fresh I came back the next day and ordered a whole roll. That crust on the loaf was tough and perfect! Will be back for more whenever I return to Wichita.

First time in this location in a while, ordered 1 cup mac&cheese, tomato soup bread bowl, tuna sandwich, chicken noodle bread bowl. total $33. Initially received 1 half salad and 1 whole salad, 1 cup tomato soup, 1 cup chicken noodle. Lucky I checked before I left, had to go back to the counter and tell them I was missing the sandwich and bread bowls. Food was so so at best, tuna was spread so thin it was hard to tell it was even there, chicken noodle soup had no flavor, mac&cheese was $6 for an 8ounce cup (are you serious?) Needless to say, I won't be back.

Check your order before you leave because you can't trust them to get it right. I paid $8 for a sausage egg and cheese bagle with avocado and they forgot to put the meat on it. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got to my destination 15 minutes away. Extremely disappointing and a waste of time and money.

The girl didn't have time to acknowledge us, then when I asked about a sandwich that was new on a board she didn't even know what I was talking about. She wasn't even interested in helping. I thought the sandwich was horrible cause charged me $11.19 had no meat on it mainly bread. So I paid $16. For a steak & cheese, chips and drink. Won't be going back.

Panera is my go-to place now. I was an avid Starbucks customer, but since last year I have joined the Panera-Heads. I joined their Sip Club that offers free coffee, tea, lemonades and sodas for a monthly charge of about $12. Plus you get freebies, like pastries and bagels, after you buy food items a certain number of times.It’s THE BEST deal because you can use this subscription throughout the USA. I highly recommend joining. Even if you don’t, it’s a great place and service is phenomenal and the staff are marvelous!

So love salads , yet have paid way too much for servings size that is not worth the cost!Terrible service from Manager, who said she made the salads!My container was 1/2 filled!She gave me extra Romain lettuce,yet was unapologetic and stood by that the portion. Wax perfectly measured!Spent 23.00 on 2 full salads- container 1/2 full!Not like Doc Greens, which gives you every time a full amount that you pay for!!Panera vs. Doc Greens - 5 stars Doc Greens!1 Star Panera
