The juice and teas empty as well. Paying premium $27.00 for 2 small Mac n cheese and half of a sandwich…. Worst experience. Got wrong order at the end…

If you have sip rewards, you are better going through drive thru. Multiple times have seen them out of lids, waited 5 minutes for anybody to give assistance if no line, one time somebody even at the front counter, rubbing their eyes, yawning, then waking away as I am right in front of the cashier's spot.They added a sign that says "Skip the line for your drink" and instructs customers to go to the front counter for a drink....where there are no cups. I regularly experience either slow service for a cup, the new solution doesn't even work (again, no cups where you say they should be), or am ignored for a very long time when at the counter.

I’m normally not the complaining type, but I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup on UberEats and received a bowl of broth and carrots only… I’m very confused as to why I didn’t get a call about the soup being out or something. Just….. why?

I love the friendliness of the staff. Management and employees are doing three jobs at once yet are underpaid. They do their best each and everyday and yet they are ridiculed. They all deserve more credit for what they do.

I've placed seven orders in the last week. This restaurant rarely gets the order right. They either miss the drink or straw. I've ordered chili, and they've missed the spoon. I've ordered a sandwich, and they've put it on the wrong bread. I've ordered extra tuna, and they've forgotten to add it. When it comes to screwing up an order, you can count on this place. With that said, the food they do get you is adequate.
I don't think in all the times I've been here does this location ever have bread or pastries every single time they are out of nearly everything I'd like to order.

The Ridge location seems to be shorting bread to their customers. I ordered door dash last week and although I ordered bread my order arrived without any bread. Today I went thru the drive thru and ordered two meals, each with bread. When I got home there was only one piece of bread in the sack instead of the two I ordered!
