I had ordered a stuff crust sausage pizza with the garlic crust. When it arrived they gave me a mushroom pizza and the crust smelt and tasted horrible. I called to get the correct pizza and asked them to make it with normal stuff crust. The store manager refused to change the crust and also told the worker I was taking to that he would not give me a refund. Terrible customer service.

Ordered $50 worth of pizzas. They were an hour late and cold. Only put mushrooms on 1 piece of pizza. Called and would not give any reimbursement or discount or anything to make right. Just excuses. Do not recommend. Do not use the Pawnee and Seneca Location..someone please shut this location down already so people quit getting ripped off.

They don't love pizza!This store has gone down hill. You may or may not get your food. Seriously this has become a thing, multiple reviews about not getting thier order. We order food and after waiting hours we called and no one answered. Called the next day and they said the order was placed for the next day. So either the system is messed up or they lied. Not sure, still didn't explain why no one would answer the phone. I find it odd that it said the pizza would be delivered in 40-50mins, received a notification that it was running behind when it was supposedly placed for the next day. Also, to order for a different time there are a number of steps that have to be done that I know we didn't do.Gave them another chance and we got our food this time, but as other reviews stated the pizza was thrown together. There was no attempt to cut the pizza in a proper manner. Some slices were the size of two full regular slices while others were a slivers or not even fully cut. I hope they close this store or find new employees.

Waited 2 hours for our order. Just ended up driving to the store for the guy to say it was already delivered. Which when you track the order it just says in the making. Ordered pizza online at 1030 pm. It's now 1230 pm and tracker still shows its in the making stages. Noone answers the phone unless you select the make a new order (#2 selection). They then immediately transfer you back to the store which will not pick up the phone. I have two charges for pizza on my card, it's over 2 hours late, noones responding and at this point I'm over it and ready to cancel my order. It's been awhile since I ordered Papa John's but for sure I won't be ordering it again. Looks as though I will need to dispute the credit card charges. Is this really the level of service we have come to expect from these companies? Highly not recommend you order from this store.

Contacted corporate. Unprofessional service from the manager. Worst customer service from this location. I got hung up on by the manager because I asked for it not take 40 additional minutes (would be 3 hours by then). He cancelled our order without notice and the only way we knew was because it texted us. When we saw I tried to call again and he kept hanging up.Terrible experience. We’ve wait so long on and now not even getting our food without an explanation.
Did not get what we ordered and took 2 hrs to get our pizza without the cheese sticks we ordered. Toppings were sloppily piled in the middle of the pizza and missing ingredients for a “works” pizza. Pizza of course was kinda warm, had to microwave heat it back up again. Do not recommend ordering delivery from here, and by the sorry look of the pizza I wouldn’t order from here period.

About month to almost 2 months ago I use to com in here about every Friday or even sometimes twice a week I order last week don't know what the hell happened food qauilty was terrible then the lady was short with long hair shes gose and grabs pizza after rubbing her nose with her bare hand she dose like 5 to 6 times grossed me out she don't even wash her hands at all what the hell happened to this place . It hurts cause I love papa Jhons I refuse to go back if u can't even do a simple hand wash
