Pizza was COLD, tried to place an order, and it kept pushing me to a later time. The pizza that I ordered was nothing like the description (Shaqaroni) and my wife's pizza. we ordered extra mushrooms, well there were hardly any. We used to think this was our favorite place.

Store had no exterior lighting, including signage or anything. It looked liked the store was abandoned. When asked about the exterior lighting the staff said they thought all the exterior lights were burned out. Classy.

Love Papa John's. Most of the time it's perfect. Felt bad last time we went in, only two people working and they were getting yelled at by a customer but handled themselves well. My pizza was nice and hot. Garlic knots were a hit that night.

Called in a delivery order, 2 lg pizzas, cheese sticks, and extra sauces, that we paid extra for. Food gets dropped off with no sauces. Since I paid for them, I wanted them. So I called and asked about them and got told they couldn't send a driver out for just sauces. No other offer extended or anything, so I said if I paid for them and no refund or anything, then I want them. Put on hold for 5 min, got told it would be 30 min before someone could drop them off. Didn't take that long, but then the wrong sauces were dropped off! It was in the order, absolutely no reason for a mess up. Oh and I had tipped the driver over 25% on top of the order... terrible customer service.

Ordered and paid for a carryout order. Waited the time I was told and went to pick it up. They hadn't even seen the order. They offered to make it in "20-30" minutes. No apologies, no service, would not recommend!

Worst pizza I’ve ever had!! Almost $30 for a medium pizza and I could literally count the toppings on it. Two of the pieces didn’t have any toppings on it. The other pieces only had toppings on half of them. I’ll never order from here again.

My pizza was the best tasting Papa John's pizza I've ever had. My issue with the service was that the associate that waited on me was fairly pleasant until I was guided to the tip portion of the bill on the credit card machine. When I chose not to tip, because I ordered and picked up my pizza on my own, the associate became seemingly annoyed and less pleasant.
