The customer service is terrible to say the least. Called to order takeout, the hostess didn’t understand I said takeout so I said can I order to go. She yelled at me and said “Order to go?? Then say something!!! Go ahead and order then!!!” Will never come back or recommend this place. They are not respectful or courteous to their customers.

It's a quiet little place with great people. The only thing that I would change is it could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't that bad. I had a sandwich with headcheese and my friend had the duck soup. I've always been a headcheese fan and this didn't disappoint. The duck soup my friend ordered was huge and tasted awesome. She ended up taking a large portion home for later.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. I’m so disgusted I could throw up. I ate there twice and always had good service and actually liked the place. We just got there today and I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and seen at LEAST a dozen cockroaches in the bathroom WHICH IS LOCATED IN THE KITCHEN! and a ton of cockroach p*** in the kitchen. There were cockroaches crawling in the kitchen as well and the food was ALL uncovered. Seriously almost threw up. Don’t go here unless you want to eat cockroaches/poop.

I’m a Pho addict, I’ve had it from almost everywhere in town. This place was hands down the absolute best Pho around. I’m so upset with COVID regulations causing businesses to cut hours and close i never know when they are open so it’s Ben difficult to add them to my “Pho a day” routine.

I brought in my my own bowl for take out. They were so confused.. It just makes it easier. And meat is fully cooked. The pho #4 is good but the portions were very small . FYI they only take cash...
